I am writing this review in hopes that something changes at this location. I work right by Cascade Station and am a frequent customer of Panda Express. The last four, or five times the situation has progressively gotten worse. I am not sure if they are under new management, or what, but the place is falling apart. The last few times I have gone in they are completely out of most of the options with no cooks making anything new. During the main lunch rush with a line out the door they only have one person filling up plates AND ringing up customers. What's worse is you can see the rest of the staff standing in the back talking. They wait until they are completely out of each option before beginning to cook any more and then make a line of people wait for things to be done. Also, their cooks seem to be perturbed by anyone asking that they cook anything. If you are going to offer something on your menu, make sure you have ingredients stocked and that your cook staff doesn't have a piss poor attitude. I actually walked out of there today. This restaurant has been bad most of the times I've been, but there's limited options near my work.. so for today: I ordered ahead through the website and was given a 6:45 pick-up time. When I got there, there were 2 small groups of people in line. They went through, as well as a few others after that. The guy at checkout didn't seem to care about anything, unfriendly, and was in no hurry. My order finally came up, 20+ mins after the time. I asked for teriyaki sauce, and he acted like I was asking him to help me move. He then jams the bag into my hand and walks off. I get back to work, with only 5 mins of my lunchtime left, and opened the box, only to be met with an unpleasant burnt smell. The noodles were burnt. It could be seen, smelled, and tasted. Read moreHorrible service here. I ordered online. 6 minutes before I get there I get a notification my order is ready. I walk in, wait in the pickup line, I can see my order sitting there. It takes over 5 minutes for me to get anyone's attention, then I finally get asked for my order, I tell them my name, then he goes back to the register and starts helping another customer without even checking if that's my order. Had to sit there and wait atleast another 5 minutes before someone actually hands me my order that has been sitting there for atleast 15 minutes now getting cold. When I get home and check my order, of course they don't give me any teriyaki sauce for the 2 different orders of teriyaki chicken. I even put a note asking politely for extra teriyaki sauce, and I got none for either order. Such a disappointment. Whomever runs this place needs to pay better attention to quality.
