The hotel location was phenomenal and the price was competitive, as well as on-site parking. While I didn't make use of it, I know that the shuttle was running even when I arrived close to midnight. My flight home arrived late and I was one of a dozen people who got rooms last minute. The night auditor was kind and very helpful even though she clearly had many irons in the fire and needed to answer the phone. The morning desk person was similarly helpful and courteous at checkout. I booked through a third party. Downsides: The to-go breakfast was very disappointing. I specifically chose a hotel that provided breakfast because I wanted to hit the road immediately after eating and not need to stop for breakfast or coffee. However, the breakfast when I came down at 8am (served until 9) consisted of overripe bananas, granola bars, instant oatmeal, and yogurt. No pastries of any kind, nor was there cereal. While I understand that this was advertised as a "to go breakfast", I was not anticipating the "to go" part to be only a banana and a granola bar...Yikes. The room: My room, while it appeared clean at 1230 AM, was nevertheless dated which meant that certain parts of the room were as nice as could be expected. I was on the third floor and my room was quiet. When I sat at the rolling chair at the table/desk, the back gave out and it felt like I was going to fall backward, though I doubt I would have actually gone over. The top of the chair also was peeling and clearly badly in need of replacement. The carpet was crunchy and wrinkled, almost as if at some point the room had sustained water damage. I know that can't be the case because they would have had to replace the sub flooring at the very least. Perhaps a case of decades of steam cleaning? Either way, it made a crispy sound as I walked on it. The sink in the bathroom was new, as was the faucet. I didn't make use of the shower so I can't comment on that. The mattress was extremely firm which I don't prefer, though I know others might. There also was an intermittent buzzing noise when I laid my head on the pillow. It sounded like a cellphone was vibrating because of an incoming call, and was loud enough to keep me from falling right back to sleep when I woke during the night. The pillows were great.
It seems like they're making little updates to the property over time, and I'm interested to see what reviews look like in a year or so.
For now, it's definitely a property I'd stay at again because the price point and location were great and the service was wonderful, and the room wasn't dirty so much as worn down with time and use. It was a perfect place to crash for the night before driving the +1.5 hours home. However, if I were able to get a similar price, or pay a little more at a property with a better breakfast, I'd do it in...

Obviously take into account that this is a low class hotel not a first rate one. Even so, for the competitive rate and myself having worked at a hotel, I expect the very basics: courteous staff, clean rooms free of stains, working appliances.
Only the last box can be checked here unfortunately at our stay. The rooms looked NOTHING like we saw on expedia, and the shades of the lamp boasted several stains, we arrived to the room which had the smoke alarm battery going off, and hair on the pillows. The bathroom door looked chewed up on the bottom and generally the overall impression was unmaintained and much in need of a facelift. The only staff that was polite out of the 4 we interacted with was the room service. We had a price discrepancy when we arrived (of nearly 40$) from what was online and the actual hotel and the lady refused to price match (fine) but the part that shocked us most was her poor attitude about it. Short of throwing her hands in the air at us, she made it extremely clear this “was not her problem” as they “didn’t have anything near that rate” and so we ended up booking online for that lower rate 🤔 the key didn’t work after the first day and they then made you jump through hoops to get a new one even with your envelope. Again… 🤔🤔🤔 the poor attitude of the guy could have changed this interaction. And then again when disposable cheap razor/toothbrush that is available at pretty much any hotel even the low ones, they had an attitude when I “made them go look” for one (read: do their job?) and the lady looked at me with a disgusted look and napped that they don’t give razors (fine! But again, unnecessary attitude). When the client is very polite, there is no need for sass.
Overly disappointed and cannot recommend. For a 20-50$ price difference you can get an actual 3* room with nicer staff, renovated and attractive (cleaner) rooms, and an actual breakfast*, a gym, etc etc this place is only worth 40 a night IF THAT only because of the location very close to the airport. Getting here was a little complicated the first time, no signage to help travelers
*others have already mentioned this but you can hardly call their “breakfast included” a “breakfast”. You get some cheap coffee or machine OJ and a couple Walmart cheap yogurts, a Walmart granola bar, and some brown bananas to pick from. Yikes. Snack maybe? But we paid for and were expecting at least some eggs or toast or even fruit to be able to sit down with. Can’t accurately call that breakfast so they shouldn’t advertise it. Again- spend the little extra and go down the road and get 3x better....

After driving 9 hours from out-of-state, my wife and I just wanted to check-in, shower, and head off to an important meeting, for which we had traveled. What could go wrong?
Let's back-up..
Several weeks prior, we had reserved a room for two nights, with our credit card. We established over the phone, on two occasions, that we expected to pay in cash, upon our arrival, and agreed with the hotel to use the card as a hold for our reservation.
When we did arrive, tired, hungry, and anxiously awaiting that shower, we were greeted with an over-burdened, and less than happy front desk lady, who informed us that in fact, we could NOT pay in cash, period. Though I offered with my benjamin's in hand, she would not budge. Further, she informed us that we had already been charged for one night, and that it was two late to cancel, and move on. It was 5pm, on Friday - Memorial day weekend.
Our only option? Well, in this case, we needed to drive across town, make a deposit a my banking branch, in traffic, and then return to the hotel, and allow them to charge the card for the full two nights, again, plus a $50 holding fee. So what should have been $180, was charged as something like $320.
I asked for a manager. She wasn't there. Assistant manager? No.. phone call to one of them? No.
The next morning, we spoke to the manager. They don't take cash in any shape or form. (I guess we were lied two when we had called the local (503) upon reservation.)
Must I mention the parking is one-way. If you try to leave, there are spikes that will puncture your tires. The only way out, is back to the front desk for a 'token', which may or may not work in the rinky electric gate toll.
We found used towels in the bathroom, no coffee left at breakfast, noisy freeway location, and a downright miserable experience.
It took several days to clear up the matter with the bank, when the Hotel still didn't seem to know what to charge us.
Super 8? Never...
