CAUTION!
Ok so the combination of the taste, size and price of the burrito was a 5 star but the thing is that about half way into the burrito I saw a hair, so I decided to leave it where it was slto take it back so they could see it was actually in the burrito and not on it because I pulldled a little bit on the hair and I was able to tell it was much longer then it seemed.
So at that point I took the burrito to the cashier and she tried telling me there was nothing there even when I pulled it out and handed it to her and she still instead it was not a hair up until I grabbed it and place it on the white counter in-between us. At that point she acknowledged it was a hair but she said I had eaten half and that she couldn't do anything! I think she noticed that I got bothered the way I said, "then just give me half of the money then". She agreed and said well you ate half of it so not much I could do... I was stunned by her approach of not being embarrassed and blaming me for eating half of the burrito like it was my fault that I didn't find the hair any sooner.
So with that being said eat there with caution and if you find a tooth in their food they'll blame you and you'll have to pay for what you ate, so I suggest buying only things you can see whats in it, like a hair because you won't get...
Read moreI'm from North East Los Angeles, California. We have local street tacos everywhere. I was visiting Portland for the first time. I had just had breakfast at Tasty and Son's down the street and decided to take a walk to see what else was around. As my wife and I were walking by I noticed the sign that said "Tacos". I though to myself "Tacos in Portland? I have to see how the match." So we went in. This place may look like a hole in the wall to most but I found that this restaurant offers a true authentic Mexican food experience. From the little hut kitchen the ladies were cooking out of to the Spanish music playing in the background. We ordered two tacos. One Carne Asada and one Al Pastor. These delicious tacos came on a fresh hand made corn tortilla with perfectly seasoned meat, minced onion and cilantro. I was truly impressed with the hand made tortillas. This is a rarity even here in LA. Quesabrosa is a true gem hidden in plain sight. I hope anyone that is looking for Mexican food...
Read moreLoooooooove this little gem! It's simply amazing food with a burst of flavor, and is real deal homemade tasting at affordable prices. You get a HUGE loaded burrito for only 7 bucks whereas other carts would probably charge $9 for this hefty baby. The two ladies that run the cart are extremely sweet. I go here regularly and they're very consistent. My ONLY complaint is that I wish the Chile Rellenos listed on the menu were available everyday, but because they are laborious it's something they only make available on certain days so I can't blame them! I love supporting them and am...
