Starbucks — Restaurant in Portland

I am currently sitting in the patio seating section writing this review. The worst customer service I have ever had at a Starbucks. The ladies name is LEXI. I ordered a medium cup of coffee, and after a long wait, I finally received my coffee. No surgar or creamer, which is fine since I didn't ask, except at every other location I have been too, they have had them readily available. So I stand there at the window for a couple of minutes while I wait for one of the many employees that were screwing around, to notice me. A lady walks up to the window, looks at me, and turns aroujd and walks away. What a C. I bang on the window, and the lady opens it, and I ask for cream and surgar. She GLARES AT ME, like she "How dare this mofo ask me to do my job". She throws the jug of milk(not even half and half) and rolls her eyes and says "Do you want surgar too?" I said yes, and started pouring my milk and surgar. A FedEx driver was behind me in line, and LEXI rolls her eyes and goes "let me guess, you want a cup of ice." What a B*. I had to drop off my nephew at work today and we were early. So, today 11/05/2024 I decided to stop by this Starbucks. I don't usually buy coffee but I really needed to wake up today. I ordered a venti white chocolate mocha for myself, a caramel frap for my nephew, and he wanted a breakfast sandwich. We get to the window slide, tap, whatever to my card and it did NOT work. :( I felt horrible! Needless to say they still gave me my order and let me go. Even after I pleaded that I would come back they all still said NO! To the girl at the window & her manager I appreciate you guys and I don't care what anyone says you made my morning. I know you guys probably would have had to throw it away but to me it was still heartfelt the way you did it. You guys just had to be there to understand what I mean. Thank you! I will pay it forward and I will comeback tomorrow morning. Although you will NOT accept it I will just tip it! I'm old school and we don't like to owe people even if it is a kind gesture back in my day it would've come out my paycheck. God...

Drink was extremely wrong, it tasted as if they roasted month old coffee grounds from the mountains of a garbage dump(I've never tried that, but my imagination ran wild taking my third and shockingly fourth sip). The breakfast sandwich tasted like cardboard would, had I actually ate cardboard with powdered eggs and plastic cheese. The staff was amazing, but kept correcting me when I said "large". "Ok, so a venti"........like I don't know they wanna be fancy and use some elegant words. I too can become a wordsmith, but alas I have yet to fully awaken my soul at 630 in the freaking morning. Just give me some good coffee. I dont think I'll be going back anytime whilst my soul is trapped in this meat sack.
