Subway — Restaurant in Portland

The positive reviews have to be paid for cause there is no way they are real or true! Ive lived by this location for over 20 years and This has to be the worst subway ever, I can see it from my house and always go here and yea they always run out of stuff, whatever, but tonight I am done dealing with them anymore. I ordered on my subway app paid walked up to get my food and the one employee working was beyond rude, he acted like he didn’t know who I was or recognized my name or order, so I walked home to get my phone with the order. he said I don’t have the stuff to make your order, a turkey sub and a Italian sub ok fine refund me, he said I can’t refund you, wtf really. Then he said I can put it on your card fine do it! Then he proceeded to tell me he was trying not to blow a gasket, at that point I got pretty ma I just want my money back to go somewhere where they actually have the food they sell, we exchanged words, I’m so done with this subway! no wonder so many of them are closing down! Horrible employee I’m not sure why people don’t get it if your rude to your customers you won’t have a job=money?!?? Not the smartest person, I guess it’s harder then I thought to find good employees these days, good luck staying...

If you value your time, don't waste it going to this place. It happens to be the closest subway to my work. I have driven several times to this store only to find it locked and called them. Either nobody answers or if you're lucky and they answer they tell you they're out of food and not opening today. The rudest thing was, I got there and the door was locked and there was a gentleman sittng inside. One of the workers walked up to him, gave him a key to a white car sitting outside. He comes out and the worker ignored me as I was trying to ask her if they were opening or not. I went back to my car and called and she told me they were closed.

I went to the food truck across from them and I think I just discovered the best place to get lunch.

And get this, I walked in to get turkey sandwich and they tell me they only sell turkey for online orders because they're short on turkey. What happened to "first come, first serve". When I said that wasn't fair, the manager threatened she wouldn't serve me ifi don't allow her to explain. So I had to sit there and place my order online. I wish there's more options around here. WORST SUBWAY EXPERIENCE BUT BUT I DO LIKE THE FRESHNESS OF THEIR VEGGIES. Generous servings of meat...

Ohh subway!! The OG sandwich spot where it’s hard to go wrong. This location has a line big parking lot and easy access. The store has tons of windows so it is well lit inside. Nice place to sit down and eat lunch. I decided to try one of the new sidekicks. They now offer small wraps with a variety of fillings. One is pepperoni and cheese, one is chicken and cheese and they have another with double cheese. For the sweet tooth, they even make a foot long cookie, a foot long churro, and they teamed up with Auntie Annie’s and they have a foot long soft baked salted pretzel and cheese sauce. They have 3 new spicy subs on the menu with a Ghost Pepper Bread. Spicy Nacho Chicken, Spicy Nacho Steak, and Fiery Meatball.

The sandwich will be what you ask it to be, you curate the construction, if you want something, ask for it, if you want more of something, ask for it, if you don’t want something, don’t ask for it.
