Subway — Restaurant in Portland

I have tried this Subway on two different occasions and will not be doing it again.

My order was wrong three times today, the women who made my sandwhich was rude, and I was overcharged and the salad was only half full.

But the final straw was that I was unable to purchase a Wreck It Ralph! meal containers, the entire reason I went into the Subway in the first place!. My sandwhich maker told that it was impossible to attain the container without a kids' meal. Honestly I would have paid the $5 just for the item, but the women flatly refused.

Sure, it was the lunch rush but I eat lunch at establishments all over PioneerSquare and Downtown and there is simply no reason to be so hostile. Moreover, the entire point of having an ad campagin is that people will buy the merch, so exactly why couldn't I?!

This has to be the worst Subway I've ever been to. They are working with about half the regular menu at all times, If they have more than one or two bread choices, you're lucky, no breakfast even though they're open at breakfast time, nobody here knows anything about anything, one guy didn't even know what pastrami was even though it was literally on the menu right in front of me.

The food here is just actually gross. Like it's pretty infrequent that I get food somewhere and actually debate tossing it in the garbage because it tastes so weird and disgusting.

Great customer service. Usually make a descent sandwhich considering it is Subway. Beware if you try to use a coupon or get the daily deal they will always overcharge you. They will add in guacamole even when you don't add it to your sandwhich or increase the chip price. I tried to get the $6 daily meal and the lady tried to charge me $8.99. Keep an eye on these practices. Also they will only give you one napkin if you are lucky. They are stingy. Sad there are no other competitors on the island. I think all of their buisness is location.
