Did a drive through order for myself, granddaughter and my wife. My wife is rarely interested in taco bell food but 7/10/24 she was in the mood for the one thing she will eat from taco bell. A chicken quesadilla with no jalapeno sauce. As soon as I got off of phone with her I pulled into the drive through lane. No cars in front of me and none behind. At 8:45 p.m. I ordered her "chicken quesadilla with no jalapeno sauce" and mine and granddaughters food. Ordertaker repeated back over intercom "chicken quesadilla no jalapeno sauce". I said "that is correct". I pulled forward, paid, received food in a timely fashion, drove home and handed quesadilla to my wife. With one bite she could taste the jalapeno. She pulled it open to find no chicken but plenty of jalapeno sauce. We looked at the receipt and it said "chicken quesadilla no chicken". Wife called location while on speaker phone and the person that answered said "if there is a problem with the food come back and we will remake it". That was at 9:18 p.m. Wife said she wouldn't be going back out that evening. Taco bell person said "then there is nothing I can do for you, we are to busy" and hung up. As soon as I finished ordering the food the screen flashed and went blank faster than I could read it so I didn't catch it. When an item that is special is ordered it would be helpful if window cashier would read back the special item so to eliminate mistakes. Get it fixed right then. If the staff member that hung up on my wife would have said "come back at your convenience and we will remake it for you" it would have made my wife more comfortable. So as it is my wife has less desire to go to taco bell. I very likely will drive my truck that breaks down about every 20 feet when in drive through lines and order a "chicken quesadilla with no jalapeno sauce" and see if getting what I ordered for free will help my truck run a little better to clear the drive through lane. Or will they be to busy to do the right thing. There is one real way to get rid of a dissapointed customer that is to make them happy no matter how...
Read moreOrdered food for delivery the night of 9/07 for delivery through the TB app. $40 order showed up an hour later with only 2 of the 12 (total) items ordered. We normally avoid this location completely and pick up from a different location further away because this store is always messing up our orders, so we stopped using them. When ordering delivery, you don't have a choice of store, so it's the closest to us, and our order went to them. I spoke with the delivery driver who confirmed they only gave him one small bag which was sealed with stickers. The receipt on the outside showed our full order (12 items including drinks) and we got 2 items in that bag. I called the store and they were zero help. They told me there was nothing they could do, and I had to do everything through the app. I couldn't go to the store because we were coming back from a job and had a large trailer hooked up to the truck, and wasn't going to drop it that night to go to the TB store. The TB app has nothing but an email for help. So I emailed them and heard back 2 days later. They offered me a $10 credit for messing up a $40 order. I emailed them again, and it's been a week with no response. I'm disputing the charges with my card since nobody at TB wants to even try to fix things. Avoid this store. They are understaffed and just checking the reviews will show you that they can't fulfill...
Read moreZERO STARS IF I COULD!!! This Taco Bell might possibly have the worst service I have ever seen! Two out of three times that I have been there, has been lousy! The last time, and I mean “THE LAST TIME THAT I WILL GO THERE” I ordered four taco supremes, paid 4 cents shy of $12, and received 4 tacos that weren’t anywhere near supreme! Each one had a tiny bit of meat, almost no sour cream and almost no lettuce! Last time I checked a taco supreme had meat, sour cream, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes! When I went back in to try to get what I paid for I waited at the counter for a few moments and then voiced that I needed help with an order that I paid for. Being ignored by everyone I voiced that I was a very unsatisfied paying customer, and out pops some punk kid telling me that I needed to back away from the counter!!! What, back away from the counter……wait what…isn’t that where customers get help? This punk kid told me he was going to call the cops, my response, “go right ahead!” I asked this kid what his name was as well as his boss’s name, and he refused to give his name or his boss’s! All said and done I did get my 4 tacos remade, and leaving the building this punk met me in the parking lot with his camera drawn… when he realized that I didn’t drive there he said, and I quote “oh you didn’t drive here, no license plate to take a picture of!” NEVER WILL I EAT...
