The serving size is generous.
The food is “authentically” flavorful (not like Victoricos or any other chain Mexican food)
Chilé (Salsa) comes in Two options:
Orange Habanero (Hot but not too spicy)
Green-very flavorful.
I grew up on California Mexican food and I must say Portland is severely lacking in anything comparable to Cali, especially the Chilé and overall flavor.
I ordered Tacos. The bottom right are Carnitas, top right Pastor and top left Chicken.
Tortillas - Bomb! Flavor, soft and don’t fall apart when you grab the taco.
Chicken- SEASONED and GRILLED, none of that shredded garbage that tastes like rotisserie. Very flavorful.
Pastor (marinated Pork)- AMAZING. Flavorful with a tad spice just how pastor should taste. Probably some of the best in the whole city. Not chewy nor fatty either but solid meat with a great taste.
Carnitas (Pork) - Soft and not too fatty as many places can be. But for some reason, like many places seem to do, they didn’t grill and char the Carnitas enough so they are in the average realm. Had they charred them they’d be top notch but without charring they can taste a little fatty.

Great choice of real Mexican food. Authentic street tacos and generously portioned burritos! I’d highly recommend the Pastor, hands down some of the best I’ve had very comparable to authentic...
Read moreThe best tacos that I’ve had in the Portland metro area! This place is severely under rated on Google! It’s essentially a food cart with a super bougie patio area built around it. The service is fast and the tacos are delicious! A lot of taco carts tend to have dry meat due to frequently reheating their meats… but these tacos were tender, juicy, and crunchy with all the fresh toppings. Their salsa verde is also one of the bests I’ve had in a while. Overall, I would highly recommend stopping by and checking these low-key...
Read moreThe Machete with pastor was great. I've never had it before and now I have a new dish to enjoy. The salsa Verde was great. They did get the order wrong though. On doordash it states that it comes with aromatic rice and flavorful beans but it didn't come with either. The wet burrito with birria was ok, the meat was a little bland. The photo showed it smothered in red sauce but it came smothered in green sauce. Not a big deal just unexpected. The horchata was ok. I could be wrong but it tasted like...
