showed up at 10pm 7/2/2019. The young lady taking the order was nice enough. I ordered two nacho fries, two of the diablos locos taco's. chips and cheese and a 5 dollar meal. I had my son and grand kids with me and ordered everything they wanted. after the order was taken and we pulled forward, I realized i didn't order my bean burrito. Having worked at Taco bell in two different stores myself and my son sitting next to me had worked a Store himself we both knew I could just add to the order at the window.. Except....the young man at the window panicked at said his boss would "Kill him" if he added a burrito to my order. I said "forget it", and the young man said "Are you mad at me?" and I didn't say anything since my son grabbed my card and ran to the lobby since my food wasn't even ready by the time I got to the window about five minutes after the order was taken and they chased him out of the lobby because they were closing it. Okay fine. I don't get a burrito. No biggie. So after sitting at the window for seven minutes after I paid for the order, I get my food. No one is in the lobby so I'm a little confused as to why it took so long to fix my food but whatever. There's at least six or seven cars behind me so I handed the food to my son and said "check it" and started to pull out. Right away there's three items missing. I had already started pulling around so I went to the open lobby door where the young man that refused to add a burrito to the order was sweeping dirt out the door. I told him, "there's missing items in my order are you going to make me go through that line to get them?" He said Yes. Because..the lobby was closed. Of course the missing items were my grand kids food. My son then says let's just go after he discovered that whoever put the napkins in the bag smashed a sauce packet in the middle of a wad of napkins and sauce was all over everything in that bag. At this point they were being vindictive and I didn't want them touching anymore of my food. SO NOT GOING BACK...
Read moreThis is the closest Tacobell for me. I think, for awhile, I didn't like coming here and I'd go 2 miles or more out of my way to another Tacobell just for better service. Though, I've started going to this location again and the last time I went, the food was how I liked it and the service was pretty good. The previous time I went here, my crunchwrap was made wrong. Halfway through the wrap, I noticed it had beef and no rice when I ordered it with rice an no beef. This would have been bad if I was a vegetarian or vegan. Thankfully, I'm a Pecatarian, I love fish but I don't really like meat (like beef, pork, chicken, turkey.) I'll eat it if I have to though so I didn't make it a big deal and just kept eating my crunchwrap with LOTS of hot sauce on it. Which this location supplied plenty of. Some locations get so crabby with their sauces and now each side packet seems to have less sauce and more air in it which makes you need 2-3 times more packets then you used to. You rarely have to ask for sauce here when eating inside, which is a surprise. Both times, the customer service was enjoyable. And I'm pretty sure they would have corrected my order if I asked them to. But I personally don't like wasting food and I was already almost half way finished anyway. I only noticed when I realized how salty the wrap was and looked down at it to see that it had beef instead of rice. I told my mom and she told me to have them fix it but I told her I didn't want to. (I have dined-in the first recent visit and did the drive-thru on my last visit recently and both experiences...
Read morei got there at 10:20. The line was all the way down to the street, Bumper to bumper. It wouldn't have been bad but the line took 5 minutes per car. So when I finally got up to the speaker to place my order, 30 minutes later, I get the bad news that they don't have any more flat bread. The girl that was taking my order was extremely rude. I asked her if instead of the chulupa in the box meal, if she could charge me for the box and just put a taco into the box and charge me whatever she wanted. her voice raised 3 octaves and she said NO!! I CANT DO THAT!! I told her, don't need to scream at me.. She said that she wasnt screaming!!! I said how about this, Charge me for the $5 Box leave the chalupa wrap out and give me a taco on the side,, please, SHE SCREAMED, I TOLD YOU I CANT DO THAT!!! Thats When I canceled my order. The problem was, Between the speaker where I ordered, and the window, there were 2 additional cars. Meaning that after I canceled my order, I still had 10 minutes to wait before I could drive away. If you go to this Taco Bell come and I understand it's the only 1 in 10 miles but if you go there, your just plain stupid. Before I pulled away from the speaker I asked the girl come a what customer service school did you go to any way? And her answer was, I DIDNT GO TO ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE SCHOOL!!!! THERE ISNT ONE SHE SCREAMED!! I SAID I SEE THAT BY THIS INTERACTION, I SCREAMED. AND I PULLED FORWARD. i still had to wait another 5 minutes before i was able to get away. If there is any line at all, go...
