This is the worst Arby's I have ever been to. Every single time I come here there is an issue. This afternoon I came through the drive-thru. I was asked to come inside to get my food. When I was unable to she told me to leave and come back in 5 minutes. This is against protocol. She should have had me pull forward, but she didn't. She requested I come back in 5 minutes. When I came back I was handed a bag and I opened the bag to check my food as it's notoriously incorrect. When I opened one of the sandwiches it did not look correct although it did look like my order. I told her I don't think this was my order. She instructed me to give her back the food that I had touched, opened, and put my hands on in order to verify if it was correct for my son. She very rudely yold me that she needed the food back for her inventory because that's how it works - I have worked at Arby's and other fast food establishments for many years, this is against safety protocols, you do not take food back that a customer has touched. If an order is incorrect you make the correct order, provide it to the customer and you disregard the incorrect order regardless of whether part of it was correct or not, you do not take back food that a customer has already touched and opened and had their hands on. It'. But she was very rude and discussing it with me and I know it is absolutely incorrect to have somebody leave the drive-thru because you did not make their food yet. Both were absolutely incorrect protocol. Not to mention the past two times I have ordered a jamocha shake it has been vanilla. I brought it to the attention of the manager two times and the second time was told that there's nothing he can do, as it was preset. He absolutely could have it fixed it by having it adjusted. I paid twice for jamocha and twice I got vanilla because there's not enough jamocha in the mix. When I finally received my food, it was all dumped into the bag haphazardly, without care. They also never provide a receipt so I have no way of know who they are. This store is an absolute disappointment and something needs to be done. My fiancee ordered the cheese steak was cold and the peppers were even colder its been a year since we visited this Arby's the reason being the same horrible expensive food .one would think the food would be fresh and hot being that it had no business we work had for our money and expect to be satisfied when spending it..Shut this place down how do you guys make money selling ...

I told her I was sorry I didn’t think of that again she rolled her eyes at me. The fries that were there looked like they had been there for a while they didn’t make fresh ones I finally got my order and left. When I got to work and I got my food out of the bag I couldn’t believe what I saw both of the sliders were in a ball stuck to the paper and the fries of course were ice cold so $ 8.02 down the drain couldn’t go back so had to wait till my break at 7 pm I bought lunch at 12:32 .
