This was my last visit. Noticed they treat customers as inhumane. Today I ordered at 10:50am, they said 20 min. I walked in at 11:10am paid and waited another 10 min for them to cook it. Upon paying asked how much, she didn't want to answer, charged my card then said the amt. Bag was almost tossed out the window and she shut the door. Looked in the bag a second time after I left, box was smaller than previous orders and food was loaded with pork. When I called back about size of the box she made it a point to say "You ordered house lo mein no pork." I SEE PORK! DON'T THINK I DON'T KNOW WHAT IT IS! Time changes things. I have had my run with your nasty attitude and thankless customer service. You said "I am sorry ma'am." Yes the SORRIEST I have ever seen! You will know how sorry you really are as you lose more customers!

Call in your order, or prepare to yell your order if you are soft spoken like me. The food is the best in the area, especially for the budget friendly choices. Fresh ingredients, quality recipes, and consistent results. For less than $15 you can get completely full with leftovers in my case.

The restaurant had great food and very nice prices for the quality of food. I had to make a large order for my group of friends and the cashier remembered everything i ordered while taking calls as well which made it seem like she was speaking rudely but she was really just maintaining multiple orders because they were busy and she had to move quickly. The food came out in a timely manner for a large order, and the General Tso's chicken that I ordered was delicious, it was not overcooked and maintained a juicy interior even after being fried so it was not too dry. While I did not try my friends' dishes, they all seemed very happy with their food as well and we all agreed that we should make this place on of our regular spots to...

Rude woman on the phone taking orders. I don't know where she came from. They used to be so nice. Now I can't even get through the ordering process without her yelling and getting frustrated. She definitely does not belong on the phone. I thought my husband was over exaggerating when he said she was rude to him a few days ago, so I tried it today. Same thing. I cancelled my order because she was so rude. Don't ever eat at a place where they don't respect the customers. Only God knows what they would do...
