I have noticed that it seems to take a little longer than normal to come on the drive thru speaker to take the order, even when there was no one else in line that I could see(,however it could be possible to have one car at the window paying or receiving their order, which I cannot see until I move forward around a slight bend after placing my order) ,but I have yet to see any car there when I do make it around the bend , towards that window I had mentioned. I completely understand they probably have no help and most likely understaffed, like everyone else and everywhere else at this point so I try to be very understanding and make it a point to smile and thank them more than once. MOST times I will get a quick thank you in response. I will probably go back there as it is in a Convenient location for me. On a positive note they do always get my coffee the way I ordered it and the food is cooked properly, (and that is important , I like to get what I ordered and paid for;) ). so all in all it has more...

At first I thought there was a brawl happening. And then when I order my coffee I say thank you and please after everything while one of the girls is coughing into the speaker like a horse... I roll up to the window, and the employee hands me the box, saying, "Sorry, there might not be as many as you ordered. We gave you all we had.". I was thinking, ok, maybe it's just a couple missing. I can handle that. I leave and open the box....there are 9 donut holes, and none of them are chocolate. 9?! Out of 25. Wtf?!?! Why would you even hand me that box?! Tell me you're out and refund it.
