I recently visited this boutique on 5/21 at around 3 PM and had a really disappointing experience. While I was shopping and talking on the phone with my sister, an employee came up to me and told me to “can you take that call outside.” I want to be clear — I understand if there’s a store policy about phone use, but I didn’t see any sign posted. More importantly, the way she said it was unnecessarily rude. I was not being loud nor disruptive.

There’s a professional and polite way to communicate with customers, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking here. Years ago they were on Ceres St I fell in love with the store and cust. Svc. They took time to find exactly what you were looking for. No pressure just relaxed atmosphere. I had several visits and the customer service was always wonderful. Things seem to change when they moved to Bow St. It seemed The woman with long dark hair was there each time I visited. I felt she didn't listen to your concerns. She picked a brand or two but I never had that help I needed. She appeared irritated and put out by me asking for help. And also very condisending.
