Afternoon service is ok... unless it's the promo for the .99 any size hot coffee then its a tooth pull to get them to charge .99. They charged me full price the 1st te and I told theanager about it and she got an attitude immediately amd tried telling me it was my fault because I didnt go online and registery perks. I asked for a store owners number and she refused to give it to me.
The morning service is horrible. If you are going go put on the sign u open at 5...then open at 5. Every time I go there (only one on way to ship yard) I get there and its at least 6 or 7 minutes past 5, one day being 15 minutes after before opening. The same manager as above is always there in the morning. She will see us standing out there and still take her time doing it. It would be nice if she could wake up 5 minutes earlier and actually open on time but it seems lile thats too much to ask and theres no way to let the owner know because she refuses to give a number. Im guessing the owner is rarely...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've been stopping at this location on average twice a week on way to work for several years now. I NEVER had an issue with any of the employees. Each morning they greet me and always have my order ready for pick-up. I use the DD APP Order-on-the-go. Sure, there has been a couple of times where the app shows the order placed and receipt on the app shows the money was taken from my account however, the order never made it to the store. If the store does not see the order in their system then they cannot fulfill the order. As far as the store is concerned the order was not placed. It is no fault to the store. I re-order in the store then later I simply call the 1-800 DD APP number, explain the issue, the Rep correct's the error by refunding to my account and they give me a couple of free coffee's for my trouble. This location is always clean and the employees do a great job. I will say this....the best jelly filled...

I have two dogs, one puppy and one rescueāwho still, after 4 years, is in ongoing desensitization training. She offered pup cups to my boys, which was kind enough, but for my rescue, it was actually a pretty pivotal moment in his training. Drive thrus have been one of his hardest triggers to overcome, but he was so calm and non-reactive with her, even while she was looking at him and at the puppy and talking to us. Having that moment and subsequently being rewarded with a pup cup was huge. Everyone here is always super nice, but her energy and spirit and taking that extra couple of seconds to go above and beyond made a big difference for my rescue. If her manager sees this, give her a raise or...
