The girl answering the phone taking orders barely speaks English and most the time I don't even think she understands it either she is very rude when we have ordered our food to be delivered they made a mistake and we called to inform them and for them to fix it she did not take ownership of her mistake and wanted to sit and yell and argue over the phone that it was my husband's fault then she hung up on him when we called back she would just pick it up and hung up again so we called from a different phone she still yelling even tho I asked to speak to a manàger she said she was I will never order from here again and personally I don't think anyone should support a business that is rude and disrespectful to their customers I will be calling the Better Business bureau and if she is here on a work visa I hope it gets revoked she need some lessons in customer service or she needs to go back from whatever rock she climbed out from under I wouldn't recommend any one purchase food from there the only thing I do recommend is the get new owners or they shut down cuz that lady I'd bad...

My family regularly gets food here. The proprietor and his wife are Chinese, but have taken the trouble to learn both English and Spanish; they mostly employ Chinese, but also try to employ locals.

We have only had good from here. Doubt it? Go see the Yelp reviews.

As for bad reviews, I can only say that while visiting another nearby restaurant (Subway), I encountered a couple who seemed to be engaged in blackmail against the proprietor. I have seen local businesses attacked -- windows broken, car sales with the cars vandalized... some businesses driven out of business.

I would take ANY bad reviews from this area, with a grain of salt. In general, most of the businesses up and down Victory Blvd are...

I've never had a positive experience at this place. The restaurant's staff are very nasty and rude for no reason. I tried to order multiple times and have only encountered several problems. First, the woman who answers the phone is very rude. When I asked what her problem is, she says that it's because "you people" don't know what you want to eat. That should have been my clue to go elsewhere, but I'm a pretty forgiving person. On top of her being rude, the food was mediocre at best. During my visit to the store, the service was rushed, aggressive, and the woman who answers the phone constantly has an attitude. Save your money and get a headache-free experience at another place, not Eddy's Express...
