Edit to update: The franchise owner reached out to me and refunded my money and offered me a free sub combo, which I declined as I don't plan to visit the location anytime soon. Maybe in 6-12 months I will try again to see if they have improved.
My letter to corporate using their online contact form to explain my situation is below. Received an email stating they would follow up within two business days. By day 3 I have not had a response from them, so reached out again and nothing. The last time I reached out to them I advised if I didn't hear back, I would dispute the charge with my bank. Again, nothing from them, so I did contact my bank to dispute the charge.
"Hi, I just placed this order on your app using the Free Combo Add-on promo.
As instructed in the fine print, I ordered a sandwich and selected "make it a combo" to add the chips and drink. When I went to check out, my total was $13.24, but as soon as I selected "place order", the total changed to $19.06.
I called the location and asked if they would be able to apply the coupon manually when I picked up my order and was told they would not be able to. I then asked him to cancel my order and was told he had to ask his manager. I could hear her replying in the background, but could not make out her words over all the other noise and I asked if I could just speak to her directly.
When she got on the phone with me, I asked her if I could tell her what happened, but she spoke over me and told me she could not cancel the order, but I can try calling customer service to have it cancelled. When I again tried to explain the situation with the coupon, she told me she was too busy trying to get orders out and at that point I gave up and said I would just call customer service.
This is not the first time I have had issues with this location, but have given them grace as it only opened a couple of months ago. The previous issues were issues with the order not being correct or long wait times, but nothing that cost me money. However, now that I'm being ripped off, I'm done with them. This is a shame, because the food was decent, especially in an area that until recently, didn't have an abundance of take out choices.
Please cancel the above mentioned order and refund my payment of $19.06, as I will not be going there to...

I did not have a problem going back cause mistakes happen especially when it’s just teenagers back there. The front counter girl was rude again and her and the cooks took their sweet time. Manager came out and apologized she was very nice. 10 minutes went by She came back out and I could tell she was shocked her self that I was still there. The only pleasant thing about it was her the manager and the food. I ordered my sandwich right at 3:53 and I did not leave the restaurant till it was 4:30. Read moreOrdered for pick up using their website. The website itself was a pain to use and kept saying I was temporarily blocked. That should have been my sign to not order, but we wanted to try this new place. Food was done in about 15-20 minutes. Pick up was just fine.
The food was maybe a 2/10. We ordered 2 sandwiches, a bowl of soup, and a kids grilled cheese. The only item we would go back to get is the grilled cheese and it wasn’t anything special. Both sandwiches were ok, but very bland. This is the soup we got for $5.50. After tasting it we were happy we only got half a container.
