Update10/27/25: I went to Freddy's today as promised. I placed my order at 11:19AM and had my food on the table at 11:30AM. Order 2 burgers (meals) and a regular order of Cheese Curds. Had ZERO issues. The place was clean and everything was well stocked.
To all of you hating on this place. All you thumb suckers who complain about having to wait need to get over yourselves. If you think you can do better, by all means, put in a application. Put up or shut up!
They are still actively training staff and for some of them, this is probably their first job. Its normal for a newly opened place to take 2-3 months to find their groove. Good luck guys! I have not been to this Freddy's yet. But I have been to several Freddy's across several states. Freddy's has great burgers. Better than Rogers Burgers by far. This location in still new and working out the kinks. Give them a break!!! Even the worst location (not this one) I have been to is still better than Wendy's/McDonalds/Burger King. I just learned of this location opening this last week. I have told everyone I know, (and then some!) to go get the Frozen Custard. Seriously the best I have ever had!! I have been wanting to open a Freddy's here for a long time but its very expensive. I am happy to see that someone FINALLY was able to do it!! (we need a Culvers next just for the cheese curds!) Best of luck the this location!! I will be making a trip over there this weekend and will give a honest opinion then, BUT until then, give...

My daughter and I went to Freddy’s on a whim. We heard it was open and it just sounded good. It was quite busy, as we’d expected, and the drive through line was huge so we walked in and ordered our meals to go; 2 burgers, 2 fries, 2 medium shakes.
The wait was long but we expected that based on crowd.
Finally our number was called. We went to grab our meal and I noticed our shakes were not there. When I mentioned it, the woman said they weren’t done yet. It’s a to-go order, I thought to myself. Getting just part of it doesn’t serve any purpose.
We grabbed our partial meal and sat back down. After several minutes we were called up again for the rest of our order. I suggested to the woman that she should just call numbers when the entire order is complete — less noise in the dining room and less walking traffic. She didn’t seem too pleased with the suggestion.
As we were leaving we noticed we received small shakes rather than medium. We were out of time though since my daughter had to get ready for work. Our loss.
On a scale of 1 to 10, I’d give the burgers an 8, the fries a 6, and the shakes a 7 (based on taste not the fact that we were shorted). For fast food, it was pretty good and we’ll be back. I’m sure they’ll work out some of the...
Read moreI don’t know who’s back there cooking at Freddy’s, but I’m 90% sure they made a deal with the flavor gods. The steakburger hit so hard I almost proposed to it. Juicy, crispy edges, that buttery bun… I had a full rom-com montage with my meal.
Then came the fries, those glorious little salty matchsticks of happiness. I could eat them by the handful like a raccoon who just discovered fine dining. I dipped one in the fry sauce and saw colors I didn’t know existed.
At one point I made eye contact with a worker while inhaling fries, and I swear they nodded like, “yeah, that’s the right way.”
And the custard? My taste buds filed for early retirement because it simply doesn’t get better than this. Freddy’s, I’d take out a loan for you.
If you need me, I’ll be in the drive-thru pretending I “forgot something” just to do it...
