Wendy's — Restaurant in Post Falls

This is the worst Wendy's we have ever been to. We pull up to get our order and are asked to move to the front of the building to wait for our fries. After several minutes of watching them more moving equipment around and cleaning, our food comes out. The best part of the meal was the frosty. The worst was the cold, soggy fries that they obviously lied to us about.

There's no way we were waiting on fries. I spit them out they were so bad. My chicken blt had no bacon or cheese. I asked for no veggies only. I didn't get what I paid for. The veggies on the other items were gross. Limp lettuce. Mushy pickles and pink icky tomatoes.

I threw it all away and went to McDonald's for food we could actually eat. It was hot and fresh, unlike the Wendy's slop we were given earlier.

I was 100% ripped off and lied to. We will never darken the drive thru of this location again with our presence.

May y'all have the day you deserve for lying to us and thinking that serving us that...

The food is the same as every other Wendy's but I can't rate this store as good as any others. They installed this stupid AI drive thru. It has made mistakes multiple times then I get up to the window and the actual person seems like they've never even really looked at the menu. And she argues that I must've ordered wrong?! No, I know what I ordered. You're AI just misinterpreted what I said. I was pleasant I didn't ask for anything. I just said "please let your manager know the AI made a mistake on this order so they can fine tune it or whatever" and I left. But as I drove away the girl said, "Sorry you screwed up your order". No, I'm sorry you have no experience in customer service and can't be bothered to even try to pretend you care about a customer's feedback. Never going to this...

Pretty disappointed in this particular (new) location. They have messed up my drive through order twice now and the food itself seems very substandard for Wendy's normal look and taste. Dave's double and junior bacon cheese were both really slapped together and did not have fresh ingredients for that classic Wendy's taste. We frequent other stores in the general area and aren't having this problem so it appears to be quality control at this...
