Apotheos Coffee Dallas — Restaurant in Powder Springs

I went here the other day and I don’t know the name of the employee but she seemed like she didn’t want to be there. My drink had a few grounds in the bottom which is understandable, but not enjoyable at all to finish your coffee to. I also grabbed one of the cookies on display in the front case it looked good to the eye, but it could break a tooth. It tasted like it was freezer burned or something, and was hard as a rock. Flavor was hardly there, but if it was you still wouldn’t be able to eat it. I loved the idea of having a coffee shop conveniently in the store, but overall disappointed in the products quality. You would think if you were paying Starbucks prices for a coffee it would at least be good, but average would be a better word to describe their products. I don’t go to Walmart very often, but I happened to be there today and was in need of a coffee and food. I walked up and a woman that happens to be a part of the family that owns the company just happened to be there and helped me decide on what to try. I was excited to try a new coffee place and this place is amazing!!! I got a lavender latte, a friscuit and pound cake and it all was amazing! The lavender latte was just right, not overly sweet. Most places I go burn their beans and it’s bitter, but this place was not that way. I will make a point to go there more often. First off, the staff at this location are outstanding! They are always friendly and talkative and smiling. It helps make my day brighter. Thank yall for that. I have tried the coffee 3 times now. I got a blondie and 2 lavender and vanilla coffees. All hot. The blonde is awesome and so is the lavender and Vanilla but the flavors were radically different with them. I also noticed that there are no nutritional facts for any of the drinks or food. This makes things difficult for anyone with an issue, like certain diets, type 1 and 2 diabetes, and a few more.
