Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Powell

This is by far the worst location of Little Caesars ever. We ordered 7 pizzas for a party....all of them were burnt and nothing even fell off when I lifted the entire pizza from the box upside down.

The little squirt of a Manger had no back bone at all. She ran and hid behind the pizza warmer, so that she wouldn't have to deal with me; and sent some other filthy mouth girl out, who proceeded to curse at me.

Finally, a young guy named Noah, came in and apologized to me for the entire ordeal. He remade our order the best he could, given his opposition. He never raised his voice and showed compassion, after the previous employees had argued and bereted me.

He should be made manager; and that other squirt should be fired immediately!!! Most all the employees here just goof off and give away free pizza to their friends, while customers pay top dollar for burnt trash.

I contacted this location to speak to the store manager, Aaron Newbold. Every single one of my 12 calls (made on different numbers) were intercepted by various employees, who refused to take a message or transfer me to him to discuss my experience.

Go to the Centerline or Merchants Rd locations. Avoid thus place...

I had to change my review due to the lack of customer service and the hatefulness of the employee my mother spoke with over the phone.

First, when I went to pick up my mother's order they had closed the walk-in area and were forcing people to go through the drive-through area.

Next, my mother asked me to get a receipt, and the lady at the window said that since it was an online order they could not do that. However, I know this is a lie since I have picked up online orders for her before and they had no problem printing the receipt out for me.

When I got the pizza to my mother for her and my sister it was the wrong pizza. She ordered a bacon pizza and they gave us half pepperoni and half cheese bread which the tag showed it was bacon, but I did not open it while at the store. However, my mother called and the employee raised her voice to my mother and didn't want to fix this issue. Finally, they said they would fix it but she would have to bring the "mistake" pizza back. Which she did and they did not fix this at all.

Called in a pick up order for my son's birthday party today. Took me over 20 minutes and multiple calls to get someone to answer the phone. The call was answered at 12:10pm and I ordered 4 original pepperoni and 2 cheese pizzas. I told them I would be there in a half hour and they told me the order would be ready. I showed up at 12:40 and was told it would be just a couple minutes, that the pizzas were coming out of the oven and needed to be boxed. 15 minutes later, 7 cars thru the drive thru and a couple customers thru the walk in had come and gone.. I still hadn't received my order. When I was finally given my order, they pulled the pizzas from the warmer ovens and they had been there the whole time I was waiting. An explanation was not giving to me on why I had to wait on 6 pizzas that had been prepared prior to me even being there. Poor customer service. Will not be returning.
