McDonald's — Restaurant in Prairieville

Ordered thru the app. As I was pulling away from the drive-thru, noticed that I was missing the 4 apple pies that I ordered. Decided to go into the store since the wait in the drive-thru was ridiculous, even though they weren't busy. The lobby doors were locked so I entered from the convenience store. An employee asked what I needed so I explained what I was missing. Said he would go get them. The manager tried to convince me to switch to cookies. Said that they were out of pies. Decided that I would just take a refund when the employee came back and said that it would just be a few minutes on those pies. I said, "wait, you have pies"? Before he could answer the manager quickly said "no". While this was going on, apparently another customer was in there complaining about not getting items he paid for. The customer was on the phone with the owner while being flanked by 2 large thugs trying to intimidate him into leaving. They were apparently called by the manager to throw him out. The customer said that he was waiting for the police that was supposedly called by the owner. I will never go back to this McDonald's and would recommend the same for anyone. This kinda crap happens all the time here. Rude employees and/or manager, wrong or missing items, thugs threatening customers. Go...

My wife and I stopped here on our way home tonight to grab a quick bite. We had ordered ahead using the mobile app. We along with several other customers waited over 40 minutes for our food in the dining room. After about 30 minutes I was informed by one of the employees that they did not have anything to make the two smokehouse burgers I ordered so they gave us two double quarter pounders instead. Then they were out of large cups and the fries were way over cooked, even after complaining about them and getting a second order. While waiting there for so long we couldn’t help but noitice how disgusting the area behind the counter was. The ice cream machine was overflowing with melted ice cream which had been splattered over everything around it. There were fries and debris all over the floor, and the floors were so greasy that the employees were clearly watching how they walked as not to slip. We really should have just left at this point, but I digress. We finally get our food and make our way again down the interstate. I noticed my burger tasted funny but it was dark in the vehicle and I didn’t think anything of it and at it all. My wife who eats much slower than I do, also found hers to taste funny and found the raw meat you see in the pictures I posted. Worst McDonalds...

The food was good and warm. The lady at the window was nice, but that is the only nice things I can say about this location. I have never been so disappointed in a McDonalds location. Extremely long wait. I had to wait at least 2 minutes at the menu before they took my order. I got to the first window and the girl just stared at me. I asked how much and I could barely hear her. We got to the 2nd window and waited and watched a minute while my icecream melted on the other side of the window. We got our food and drive to the parking lot to make sure we got everything before continuing to our destination. They forgot our straws, a sandwich and napkins. Ok it happens. I get out and go to the door to ask for them and 2 employees are just talking. I knock on the door and they laugh at me. One girl lifts her hands and sorry it closed. Still laughing. So I walk around to the drive through and ask the girl for the missing items. While the girl is looking at me still laughing. It wasnt bad enough that we were evacuating for Hurricane. I was by myself with 3 kids and a dog. My phone wasnt working. So this experience was just the cherry on top. I would never recommend this location if you...
