PJ's Coffee — Restaurant in Prairieville

I had to leave another review after my last two experiences. So the second time I went through the drive through I asked for a Chai tea latte with oat milk. Received my tea and drove away. Took a sip at the light and was not what I asked for. Turned around took it back and it was remade no problem. Now on April 3rd I went through the drive through. I told the guy my order Chai tea latte hot with oatmilk. I mention twice I need oatmilk because I have a dairy allergy. He said ok. I got my drink and and pulled off, sipped it and it was lukewarm. Took it back and they heated it up. So I’m drinking it and noticed it tasted weird. I looked at the label and they put whole milk and oatmilk. I called the store for clarification and the guy says it’s only oatmilk in it and the label just prints whole milk. In a matter of minutes I’m feeling extremely ill. First impressions are everything and this Prairieville location was very disappointing. I've had great experiences at the Zachary, Gonzales, Hwy.73, and even Natchez locations which is why I frequent them. I inquired about the chocolate chip espresso muffin I had in Gonzales and was told they don't sell it, I said ok just give me the chocolate chip one instead. Didn't get the muffin nor did she add it to my order. My Iced Matcha was about half a cup short when I got it, and my friends ordered a slice of cake which is precut but somehow they received a slice that looked like it was shaved off a normal size slice. I won't let this deter me from frequenting the other fine locations I've been to or trying any other locations I run across, just won't be back...

It has been multiple occasions that the have ordered on line and get there to find out you are off of that product. I use online so can move on to work but instead have to wait until I can pick something else.This is definitely poor customer service!!!
