Review of Hardee's in Prattville, Alabama: The $5.99 Original Bag
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hardee's in Prattville, Alabama, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations, especially considering the unbeatable price of $5.99 for the original bag.
First off, let's talk about the sweet tea. As a self-proclaimed sweet tea aficionado, I can confidently say that Hardee’s nailed it. It was made fresh, and the balance of sweetness was spot on—neither too cloying nor overly diluted. It was refreshing and complemented the meal perfectly.
Now onto the star of the show: the burgers. They were nothing short of amazing! Cooked to perfection, the patties were juicy, flavorful, and just the right thickness. Each bite was a satisfying blend of savory goodness, and the toppings were fresh and plentiful. It was clear that quality ingredients were used, and you could taste the care put into crafting each burger.
And let’s not forget the fries. They were salted to perfection—crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Each fry had the ideal amount of seasoning, making them incredibly addictive. I found myself going back for more, even after I had declared I was full!
The ambiance of the restaurant was also worth mentioning. The staff was friendly and attentive, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere that made the dining experience even more enjoyable.
In conclusion, the $5.99 original bag at Hardee's in Prattville, Alabama, is an outstanding value for an exceptional meal. With fresh sweet tea, perfectly cooked burgers, and wonderfully seasoned fries, this combo is hard to beat. Whether you're a local or just passing through, this spot is definitely worth a visit. Read moreThe store is gross. The customer service is easily the worst I have ever had to experience. After looking at other people reviews the owner doesn’t care they only respond to purely positive reviews instead of trying to figure out what is wrong with their store. My fries today were soggy, no salt, and had some weird flakes on them, I would post a picture but their is no option for that I give the food 2 stars because typically it’s good. But recently It’s like they cook in the toilets (they don’t it’s an exaggeration) heck I don’t even know if they have toilets. The 4 times I’ve tried to go inside the store I get approached by an employee and get told to go through the drive thru despite the lobby being empty and clean and having employees standing around. The biggest issues I have is the customer service, it needs to be fixed. And the food quality. This store is not busy enough to have bad quality or long waits. Customers should not be waiting for 5-15 minutes for someone to acknowledge their existence in the drive thru line especially if you’re not letting customers inside the store. Employees need to act like they like their job or life. I this is unacceptable and undoubtedly causing the store to lose money and customers. If I could give lower than 1 I would. After looking through the other reviews I can see that this issue has persisted for years and the owner seems to reply to only positive reviews instead of asking the bad experience reviews what they can do to prove the store. I feel like they are ignoring their issues and that’s a problem. This store needs help and they need to act like grown ups and learn basic customer service it’s unacceptable for a business who is essentially built...
Read moreSo this review will be very similar to the experience I had in Selma. Horrible and slow service. There was a note on the door when we arrived alerting us that there was only one person working in the front so be advised and understanding, this was not the problem. The problem was first with the professionalism. There were 3 staff members eating in the dining room while shouting back to the kitchen to have discussions with the staff that was working. Next some of the staff that was eating in the dining room seemed to still be working in between their meal. Third I witnessed 2 staff members attempt to clean the dining room and the go back and serve food without washing their hands. Fourthly, our order took a long time and it was not correct, to which the shift leader fixed it but they should have served the order when it was all ready and we asked for fresh fries and patties, which we were not given. I can not believe that staff can be shouting personal conversations to each other while there are customers present. The only reason we returned to Hardees after my experience in Selma, was because we like the food, but it was not worth it and I do not believe my family, who live in Prattville, will be returning because of what...
