Taco Bell — Restaurant in Prattville

Don't come here unless you like accusations thrown at you for THEIR mistakes. I came here yesterday with my brother for something quick to eat before we left Prattville to see our newborn niece. My brother ordered online and selected drive thru pick up. I decided to just order at the drive thru because we were running behind. We get there and they can't find my brother's order and tell us to come to the window to figure things out. Then proceed to tell us that someone just picked up our order. I figured things like this happen every now and then because mistakes can be made and that's ok. I was expecting them to just remake it and that be it, but the woman at the window accuses my brother and I of telling someone to pick it up and that we were trying to get another meal for free. I could not believe it!! We had the email receipt in our hands which they never asked for and they still made it our fault. If they actually checked for confirmation then this would not happen. The woman at the window leaves to talk to the manager and then comes back and tells me "we can remake it this time, but next time we can't." As if this was OUR fault. Are you kidding me? This was extremely rude. We never received an apology or anything of the sort. They silently gave us our food and said "have a good one" this was the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant and I definitely will not be going back here...

Most of the time this location is decent but last night I was highly dissatisfied. I was at the ER with my husband and he said he was hungry and it was about 15 minutes until close so I drove across the street and they had the lights all turned off on the menu but let me order anyway. I ordered a number 3 with no tomatoes, 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos and an order of chips and cheese. My taco had almost no meat on it, my burrito supreme was basically red sauce and tomatoes with a little tiny bit of meat and no sour cream and my husband's burritos were just rice and cheese. I've been trying to call all day and I keep getting a fax machine sound. I would like them to remake my order, I even have the food from last night still because it was so disappointing I couldn't even eat it. I probably would've been ok if it was something simple but the only thing that was good was my Baja blast. I guess I'll have to make a special trip and walk in to talk to a manager since I can't get somebody to answer the phone. We don't spend a lot on fast food because my husband is the only one working currently because I'm on bed rest expecting a baby in 12 days and had to take my maternity leave early so if I'm paying for a fast food meal I at least expect my money's worth. I can understand a lot of things because I've worked my fair share of food service but last night's service was really...

If I could leave 0 starts I would...This location in Milbrook has slowly started to decline and is the worst I think I have ever been to. We have been there a few times over the last 6 months and last night was probably the last time. I always order on the app because we have very specific dietary restrictions so it makes it easier to just put it into the app. We drove up to get our order and they tried to charge me again after I had already paid on the app and when we received our order it was only half there. We pulled around to the front and brought it all in where the staff was very rude and didn't listen to what we were missing or how to make it. Even the things that had no changes to them were still wrong. (like supreme tacos that were all broken up with meat, cheese and lettuce only, missing the sour cream and tomatoes) The other items that were specific were made in the complete opposite of what we asked, like no beans on something they added extra. They still didn't get our order right even after complaining and trying to explain what we were missing we eventually just left with what we could get. For an order that was over $50 this is crazy and I will not be back to...
