Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Prattville

Okay so me typically I like pizza but I do prefer Domino's or Papa John's not Little Caesars all the time but on the other hand my husband my three out of five kids love Little Caesars and me and my two other kids will eat it if we have to but don't necessarily want to or prefer it don't get me wrong it's okay it's good but Domino's and all that is a little better sorry but y'all do have great customer service and y'all do good with y'all's business thank you. Like I said my husband and my other three will live off of y'all LOL it's just not complaining but it's just never the same when we get it that's just me sometimes it's way too greasy sometimes she slides off for the pepperoni side off it's just already but sometimes it's really good and the only other concern is the wings you get six wings for like what $10 or 8 wings for $10 something like that. But don't get me wrong I'm not dissing y'all at All. Y'all doing good for real for real can't beat a $5 Pizza huh but anyways y'all have a blessed...

They charged me twice for the same order. Not a big issue. I went back the next day and they told me to come back Monday if it didn't refund it. I went back and they alledgedly refunded me. It hasn't shown up after ~36 hours, so I called the district manager asking when it would show up. She said it might take 7-10 days. It didn't take them 7-10 days to take the money from my account, so why should it take 7-10 to fix their mistake. The guys on the jobsite were hungry, so I figured I would ask her to give us a pizza for the trouble. She said she can't do that. Little Caesars pizza isn't that expensive, so either train your employees to NOT steal money from the customers, or show the customer you are sorry by trying to make it right. We have been buying pizza for the crew every week for about 3 months, but today I called Dominoes for our weekly order. They didn't steal 50 bucks from me, so they are already better than this...

Here's a great deal, call now and get free delivery! Only catch is, they only bring 3 out of 5 items and won't bring back the items they didn't deliver. Driver didn't work for Little Caesars. Help line individual didn't work for Little Caesars. How wonderful?! Yet these are the same people that are going to cop an attitude about what they do or don't get tipped (I tipped very well by-the-way). Next time I'll wait to see what shows up before tipping.
