Yang’s Chinese Cuisine — Restaurant in Prattville

Food is great at this establishment but unfortunately the staff can be extremely rude. I was attempting to order 2 dinner combinations which comes with one egg roll. How ever the older woman behind the counter proceeded to begin snatching paper menus and shoving them into my face last me I was illiterate or something if she would have just stopped talking 100 miles a minute maybe she could have under stone that I wanted her to add on two additional orders of egg rolls in addition to the ones that came with the combination platters. This is not a fake review I assume of this. The owner of this establishment may want to consider customer service retraining because my son was with me and he legitimately asked me something I won’t repeat from the impression he got from the situation. Needless to say I’ve eaten her at least 2-4 times a year since this establishment opened but not after today. I will go to Beijing a couple miles up from now on. I stopped at Panda Inn in the Winn Dixie shopping center for my first time. They are closest to my house. I went in and was going to order the Beef and Mushrooms. I asked if there was anything other than mushrooms in it with the beef. The child at the front counter went back and asked the man (I'm thinking it was her father). He took a lid off a recessed container to look inside and put the lid back. He spoke to a lady (thinking the wife)and she came up and I asked if the Beef and Mushrooms had anything else in it. She went on to tell me that it had carrots and some other things but not many. I asked if I could just get it with only Beef and Mushrooms. She said she couldn't for takeout. That just tells me that you can't get fresh cooked food there. I guess I'll continue to go to China King in Millbrook where they cook their food fresh and delicious and with Beef and Mushrooms ...

This place is awful!!! The food is terrible . They got my order wrong and told me I wouldn't get a refund or a new meal made until they viewed the cameras to see if I was lying. They viewed the cameras saw I was telling the truth about what I ordered then proceeded to give a refund. It was an awful experience. I also cannot have pork for religious reasons and they put pork in my food after I stated I couldn't have it. The woman came from the back and was yelling at me that they are never wrong until she viewed the cameras. This place is also creepy there is plastic up everywhere and boxes yet they have been there a long time and people were sitting in the hallway behind a curtain. Some shady stuff going on at this place . This place use to be ok I guess it has new ownership it's awful now...
