Cow-A-Bun-Go — Restaurant in Prattville

EDIT: Okay so I'm doing an edit on my previous review. Right off the bat, the food is incredible. Best steaks I've ever had and at a price that can't be beat. A few months ago I had a really long wait time and a few other pretty long waits previously that left a bad taste in my mouth. I don't mean to knock local businesses. Especially folks that run restaurants. I can't imagine how difficult that must be and finding good help is hard. I have been back several times since my initial review and I want to say that the service has definitely gotten better. The cashiers are nice and friendly and apologetic if there happens to be a slight wait. They have definitely gotten their act together. My wife and I have driven by cow-a-bun-go several times always wanting to go. One evening, we finally deiced to look them up online and see what they had. To our delight, they had an extremely wide variety of selection and they delivered. We called them up, ordered, and it was delivered in about 30 minutes. The food we ordered was perfectly cooked, not too over done, nor under cooked. They included everything you would need to make the meal perfect (salt/pepper, butter, honey butter, plasticware w/ napkins, salad dressing, and more!). Dined here in Oct for the 1st time. We thought they closed at 10, instead they closed at 9. We called to place a pick up order at 830pm. Staff took our order without hesitation. I ordered the grill chicken sandwich with chips, my friends got cheeseburger meal & hamburger steak meal. Burger was juicy & tender. The hamburger steak was good but it's odd that gravy or onions isn't included with it. The few times I've had a hamburger steak it was always smothered in onions & gravy.
