Love their yeast donuts, so light and fluffy. Strawberry frosted are the best! They do sell quickly though. Great family run business! Hard working and just really nice people. Bring cash.
I have to add, these are hand cut donuts. Unlike corporate/franchised donut shops, these are truly homemade. The oil they use to fry is always fresh! You will know because donuts fried in old oil will have a bad after taste. These always and consistently taste excellent! I say this because it takes a ton of hard work to make truly homemade donuts. It takes at least 4 hours on your feet to make, cut, and fry. It takes extra time to glaze, frost, etc. Fresh donuts must be made every single day. I found this place on the internet. I only had enough cash money to buy 3 glazed. They were some of the best I have ever tasted. The yeast dough wax just the right texture and melted in your mouth. The glazed sugar was perfectly blended to give it the right combination. On a scale of 1-10 it’s a 10. The service was excellent. The only drawback is they don’t take debit or credit. Ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese on a croissant and it was microwaved... They could have toasted the croissant and microwaved the egg and sausage so the bread is not rubbery.
The coffee might have been okay if they had actually cream vs the powdered stuff and no Splenda out for those that need it. They did have it in the back that I had to ask for.
Finally, if I am doing dine-in, maybe a tray or even paper plates. I get the bags maybe for Covid.
