BoSa Donuts Prescott Valley — Restaurant in Prescott Valley

Went through the drive thru as a birthday celebration with my entire family. Ordered some breakfast, a few drinks and some donuts. Had to repeat order at least 3 times for them to understand what I was wanting. Was put on hold a couple times at the speaker and then proceeded to pick up the order. Had to then repeat the entire order at the window. It was not windy and there wasn't any noise that would have been disturbing the audio at the speaker box. We got our food and proceeded home. I got about half way home and realized our drinks were not with us. I get it, it was on me for leaving without the drinks, but with everything else that we had ordered and the kids excitement of getting donuts I had totally forgotten. We returned to the Bosa, and it was 3 cars deep in line at the drive thru so I proceeded inside and was met by a very annoyed person at the cashier. She didn't believe me that I had ordered, but then after repeating what I had ordered she finally looked it up and found the order. She said that I hadn't been charged for the drink, even though I believe I had and was told that I would have to pay again. At this point I had already had to repeat my order 5 times and they still hadn't gotten it right and I was having to pay for a drink twice that they forgot to give me, so I just left. I had left my wallet in the car and I was just done with the experience. I have been here previously and I was not impressed this time. The donuts were barely filled, were extremely cold and mushy almost like they were made the previous day and left to sit in the store overnight. The ham cheese and jalapeno croissant I got was decent, but had very little ham on it. The Bosa in Phoenix that I am used to going to has always been spot on, not sure if the management just doesn't know how to run the store effectively or if they have just expanded way too much. I was very disappointed at my experience at this store and will not be returning...

Nice location but rude young women running this location. Young blonde woman had a rude attitude with me and another customer . She did not know what a chocolate cake donut was and gave me a glazed chocolate donut . I nicely told her she gave me the wrong donut and after she acted like she had no clue what I was asking for she was able to figure out what a chocolate cake donut was. She then tossed my bag on the counter and muttered have a nice day. Both of the young women kept running back to the corner to be on their cell phones and they both received Starbucks orders of their own from Uber eats. I think they were more occupied about receiving their own orders and being on their cell phones rather than working and helping customers....

We got to take advantage of Grand Opening deals. The place was packed...line out the door. The neighborhood has been waiting for this fateful day for a long time :) BoSa did not disappoint. Donut selection was well stocked, full menu options.

Breakfast sandwiches were very filling for the price. Donuts yummy as always. Boba and blended cappuccino was on point!

Came back again for lunch sandwich. It's not on the menu, but ALL sandwiches by default come with cheese, lettuce, onion, tomato, jalapeno, and a sauce mixture of mustard & mayo. You can remove any topping but I don't think you can add any. All sandwiches also can be served in either bagel, croissant, or bread slices. The tuna on croissant did...
