⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely the Best Pizza in Prescott Valley! I stumbled upon this pizza place in Prescott Valley recently, and I'm so glad I did – it's officially my new favorite! From the moment you walk in, the aroma of fresh dough and simmering sauce tells you you're in for a treat. The pizza itself is out of this world. The crust is perfectly crispy on the outside and wonderfully chewy on the inside, clearly made with care. They don't skimp on toppings, and the ingredients taste incredibly fresh. I've notice they are very inconsistent. Sandwiches don't always have the same amount of meat....my last one was very skrimpy. The stromboli I usually love....2 times ago had very little toppings inside and now this time I get home and have 2 black Stromboli's. I call to talk to a manager, no one in charge on duty. I ask for the managers name, not aloud to give me even a first name. So I tell them that I'm all the way home with a hungry family and burnt food. I am told to bring them back. Or all they can do is say sorry. I had already waited 40 minutes for my first order. I get my family something else to eat then drive back. No eye contact was made nor did the rude person I had talked to on the phone come near me. As I waited, I clearly hear the two females talk about me and my phone call. I then know who I talked to on the phone as she wasn't talking very nicely. Customer service is obviously not their strong point here. At this point, I'm wondering if they have any strong points left. So hey Pizza Place, how about step up your consistency and your customer...

I get food here pretty frequently and have never had a problem, but the other night I went it for something sweet for me and my daughter. They had a giant picture of strawberry cheesecake on the wall that said 2.99 so I asked for that and a swirl cone. Girl rings me up takes my money and then after the fact tells me that they dont have strawberry cheesecake and I need to order out of the desert case and not the menu. So many questions running through my head at this point, but I just want to leave so I take plain cheesecake instead. Then I'm waiting for my ice cream cone and she brings it to me upside down in a styrofoam cup and says the ice cream wouldn't stay on the cone. So all in all, i paid for 2 things and neither were what i asked for. I normally love this place, but who ever the chubby blonde girl is that's working there now, needs to be talked to because she has no idea...
