Our business relocated from Phoenix to Prescott two years ago and we had no idea who to get to service our account. We began using PC Works and explained to them we needed someone to be available if our system went down since our business relies mainly on our computer system. They took right over and not only were they always there when we had a problem but they always had us up and running with very minimal down time. They also made many suggestions how to improve our system and never pressured us to do any of them. In our minds this was one of their best qualities since most other computer companies who serviced our account were always pressuring us to buy, upgrade or install programs that we never had any interest in or needed to run our business. I give this company a five star rating for their excellent service, reasonable rates, and all around help in explaining what needed to be done and why we had a problem in the first place and how to avoid such problems in the future. I highly recommend them and trust them with taking care of all our computer needs.

It has now been going on three years since we began using The PC Works. Our computers got a virus from somewhere in India and blew our main server and shut down our entire business. PC Works responded immediatley and got us back up and running using one of our other servers while they rebuilt the one that crashed from the virus. We highly recommend this company and plan to continue using them permanently as long as we have computer needs.

Over the last ten years, owners Patrick and Heather have helped us to navigate the transition into what has become an increasingly device-dependent world in terms of communication. Both our nonprofit organization and our personal lives have benefited immensely from the knowledge, expertise, skills sets, professionalism, and courtesy provided by THE PC WORKS. We not only purchase all our computers and computer-related items from them, primarily because they always stand by their work, but we also have recommended them to family, neighbors, and friends, all of whom were equally pleased with the quality of THE PC WORKS service. Additionally, Heather is a top-notch and empathetic consultant, and Patrick, in addition to his superior technical ability, is incredible at problem-solving. And we don’t know many other people who actually are singing as they approach the house (although remote support is also an option). We always feel confident in THE PC WORKS, whether it is simply for a computer(s) tune-up, a repair, a rare virus removal, or adding another computer to our family.

I had multiple items all worked on with this company. They were expensive, but voiced they could get my project done. They are obviously supposed to be the experts, not me and is why I hired them. They messed up my project and spend hours longer than expected and charged me for the full amount leaving me with a botched project. When I confronted them about the mess up they voiced that "I" should have known better and knew what I was getting myself into and it was my own problem?? I asked them to help correct the issues which they voiced they "could" help, but would continue to charge me their full hourly rate. I tried to even get the owner involved, but refused to even talk to me or email me back. Only after I posted this negative review did they ever contact me back, but I already found another company who was able to complete the project at a fraction of this company's cost. So to sum up, very expensive to have my project messed up, and for me to pay another company to finish the job. Very unprofessional and would recommend looking elsewhere as there are many other...
