Riverside Inn Restaurant — Restaurant in Presque Isle

I have been a pretty loyal customer a couple yrs now so during these yes I have noticed decline in customer service, 11/24/24 was not a great experience with my family and I , our food was not what we ordered, the home made toast was cut extremely thin,and it's always been very thick, and worst of all we asked for our hash browns to be cook very well and they were not cooked well at all not even close, returned my coffee because it tasted like hot colored water not coffee. Also there were 7 of us dinning and only got 4 napkins for 4 adults and 3 young children and to top it all off the other waitress starts shooting us dirty looks WTH IS GOING ON HERE. 7/1/2022 update (about three years later)

Really nothing to add to my earlier post other than to indicate that they are still open following the pandemic. Good on them and more fortunate than some others in town.

I have fond memories of the bakery that was in this location when I was a kid. This year was the first time I've taken the opportunity to eat at this diner. I was very happy with the quality and price of the food and the attentiveness of the staff.

This restaurant has great tasting foods! The breakfast foods were so good we went back three days in a row. Bonny our wait person was tops in every aspect of being served start to finish. She is tops in service, tops in congeniality, and just a wonderful person all around! So glad she was our wait person!!! Couldn't ask for better! There were four of us and she made breakfast very, very pleasant for all and we'd not hesitate to go again for a great breakfast and very pleasant start to our day.
