65 bucks for two sundaes and 2 medium cups of ice cream with a small box of chocolate is ridiculously expensive. That being said I don’t mind spending money if I actually get to enjoy it. The ice cream shop was really warm inside which leads to my next point. When they made the first sundae why didn’t they put it in the freezer to stay cold? She left it on the counter by the register. She did the same with the second one and the third one. When she finished the fourth double scoop cup she grabbed a bag and placed everything inside. We paid for them with some homemade chocolates which by the way the chocolates are good. We walked out the store twenty feet into our car. My wife goes to give the kids their ice cream and it was a complete mess. The minute the lids were taken off the ice cream spilled all over the kids because they were melted from sitting on the counter. We had straws so they pretty much drank it like a milkshake. When I went to grab mine out of the bag it was already oozing melting ice cream that my hands slipped on the container the container fell on the floor and all the ice cream spilled out since it was liquid form from melting inside the shop. I couldn’t even tell you if it tasted good cause I never got to eat mine. Other ice cream shops is super cold inside and have freezers to store the ice cream while they making other orders. I can’t fathom why they don’t do this here. Cold stone does a great job. Gabriel’s Fountain in Martinsville does an amazing job. Highly upset and not satisfied with the service and...

Thomas Sweet Ice Cream is an absolute gem for ice cream enthusiasts! Their unique offering, the "Blendable," stands out as a must-try treat. A blendable is a delightful concoction where you choose your favorite ice cream flavors and mix-ins, which are then blended together into a creamy, customized masterpiece. The result is a smooth, perfectly balanced ice cream experience with every bite bursting with your chosen flavors and textures. The variety of mix-ins is impressive, ranging from fresh fruits and rich chocolates to crunchy nuts and decadent cookies. The blendables are not only delicious but also provide a fun, interactive way to enjoy your dessert. Each visit feels like a new adventure, allowing you to create a personalized ice cream blend that’s just right for you. Beyond the incredible blendables, Thomas Sweet offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with friendly staff who are always ready to help you craft your perfect treat. Whether you're a local or just passing through, a trip to Thomas Sweet Ice Cream is essential for a memorable and indulgent dessert experience. Highly...

Just had our regular family trip to Thomas sweet. We got our regular ice cream but my daughter's typical cookies and cream milkshake tasted pretty plane. I immediately brought it back only to have the employee (girl) wearing an orange shirt tell me that I could pay for a new one since I had left the store. Literally left the store to give the milkshake to my daughter who was in the car. I paid $20 for 3 small ice creams and a shake. We been coming here for years and this is the first time it happened. I'm really disappointed with their customer service. I'm in retail myself and I would have done a much better job. Not coming here again, letting everyone know about this incident from now on. It is just ice cream, I'm sure that adding a scoop to a shake would have solve this issue. Very incompetent crew working there tonight. February 7th at 7:30 pm. I hope you read this and find out it is you I'm talking about. You don't belong there. Girl with orange shirt. If this is your shift you...

Having lived in Princeton my whole life, this place has always been the place to go. Famous for their custom blend in flavors, where you can add anything from Crunch bars to blueberries to Oreos to peanut M&Ms with flavors like cinnamon and Nutella or chocolate Oreo. Not hungry enough though for a whole blend in at the time I went, I opted for just a plain old single scoop. But at $11+ for 2 single scoop cones that were borderline kiddie sized... that were a bit scant on the scoop it was a little disappointing. Plus the ice cream was soft which isn't what a traditional scoop should be. The place is always busy which is great, but I wasn't super thrilled with the quality.

I was expecting more from this place. I had hopes that it might be better than the bent spoon, but instead it's pretty neck and neck. While I think the Peanut Butter was pretty decent, it wasn't great. The Midnight Jersey Shore would have been decent had it not been too soft, but it was. My wife's Nutella was, as well. Too soft, that is. My son did enjoy his Oreo Cookies and Cream, but nothing really wowed us. We all got waffle cones this visit, which is not normally our thing, but nobody thought they were anything but average. Overall I'm just a bit disappointed. It's fine, but I expect better than fine if you want more than 3 stars.

They did my friend so dirty!!! Her "blended" chocolate ice cream with brownie bits was a sickening brown goo served in a plastic acai bowl. My other friend's blended ice cream came out a totally different texture (not to mention was served in a regular paper cup). The girl behind the counter did NOT clean the machine before making the second blend either, so the vanilla came out clearly discolored. Why would you even offer the product if you can’t make it consistently? At a total of $14+, the poor quality was totally unjustifiable. I took my friends here for a treat but this was not it. Would not return or recommend.
