Nobody works here but teenagers with bad attitudes and terrible customer service. I made my order ahead of time and it wasn't being worked on or ready when we showed up. They ignore you completely if you go through the drive through and when we asked for my order we're met with nothing but attitude. They spilled syrup all over the cup they gave me and refused to put the top on my order. Not only that but it was made incorrectly. When I called they answered the phone saying "hey" I asked if there was an adult there or just teenagers and they said just teenagers but I can tell my boss you called. I contacted the "owner" and he sounded like just another rude teenager. Talked over me the entire short phone call and said these kids are honor roll students not listening or caring about the poorly ran business and customer service or bad quality. Never been to such an unprofessional establishment but it seems it all stems from the owner who was comfy at home and actually had the audacity to complain to me about how many hours he does work there. lol After reading his responses on the bad reviews it's clear there's a total lack of accountability and really poor business skills. There's 0 attempt to apologize or make things right only excuses about all the kids working there being honor roll students which is completely irrelevant by the way. Would be shocked if this place stays open in this condition. DO NOT recommend putting yourself through an experience here. You'll leave with the worst bahama bucks you've ever had and...

Pros -The kids who work here are kind and respectful -the taste of the snowballs and consistency of the ice are good

Cons -service is extremely slow -there is typically more ice than juice even when I ask for extra juice -the scanner for rewards has worked once in the many times I’ve visited. Instead of “our scanner isn’t working right now” being the response from staff each time, it might be more helpful to just nix the scanner and solely enter phone numbers for rewards. Having the response repeatedly be “our scanner isn’t working right now” gives the impression that something is broken but there is no intent to fix it

The biggest pain point for me is the extremely slow service, especially compared to fast food restaurants that are cooking or heating up food and to mom and pop snowball shops that also serve food such as hot dogs, nachos etc. The flavor keeps us coming back but hopefully the feedback will also be taken into...

Chloe was amazing with our young son who was having difficulty making a decision with all the yummy choices. She was patient and so helpful- definitely lights up the room with her precious personality. The whole team gave off such a calm, cool, and collected vibe even though they had a line out the door for ordering. Love the orange creamsicle with vanilla blue bell at the bottom- the only thing missing is a Taylor Swift orange glitter and social media post for the new album! 😉 Loved seeing it be a place for teenagers and families alike to hang out.
