The overall decor inside was very nice and modern. There are also plenty of parking spots outside.

Upon entering, we noted that there were two employees working. One of the employees who was taking our orders didn't really seem to know too much about the drinks or their work protocols, and had to ask the other employee. He also seemed somewhat detached when talking with him, and unfortunately, also inputted my order wrong. I ordered dark roasted oolong milk tea, but he only gave me tea. I didn't really mind the mistake too much and still enjoyed my drink nonetheless. Another strange incident was that they also didn't seem to recognize the Feng Cha app in order to collect points.

I live and work nearby, so I likely will return since I generally do like Feng Cha, but this particular location could benefit from some additional training for...

Visited the Feng Cha location in Prosper and it was a total hit. I tried the Mango Fantasy – honestly, it lives up to the name. It was tropical, creamy, and had just the right balance of fruity and rich. The layers of mango, grapefruit, and that surprise coconut cream at the bottom? So good! Make sure to shake it well to get that full flavor explosion.

My friend had the Taro Milk Tea with Boba and couldn’t stop talking about how creamy and comforting it was. You can tell they use quality ingredients.

The staff was super friendly and made great recommendations. The place itself was clean, cozy, and had a welcoming vibe – perfect for a midweek treat or chill weekend hangout.

Definitely coming back to try more drinks and maybe one of those milk foam...
