I’ve been to this location many times for take out, yesterday I went to dine in and left really disappointed. There’s one lady that has been there a long time who is never friendly. The teen taking orders was nice but obviously new and couldn’t answer menu questions and needed help ringing me up, no big deal. I ordered a small pizza and side salad and waited for what felt like a long time. By the time my order came out me and my infant were both sweating. It was unbearably hot in the dining area. Not the entire inside, just where customers sit. Nice and cool where the employees were standing. Not sure why. It was obvious they knew it was too hot because there was one table covered with business documents, I assume the manager or owner had been sitting there, they had a single standing fan on and pointed at that one table. The considerate thing would be to place a fan in the nice and cool area pointed to the dining area to move some of that cool air over to the customer side. Anyway when they brought my pizza, they did not bring my side salad so I mentioned to them that they forgot it. The young man returned to the kitchen and the rude lady came back and informed me that they did not ring up the side salad and I would need to get up and go pay for it. When the restaurant screws up an order, they should fix it without causing further inconvenience to a customer. It would’ve been very easy to just bring me out a side salad and save me the hassle. Sidenote, this is what irritates me about places of business that use a payment machine requesting tip upon payment before any service is rendered. I added tip to my order and now wish I never did that. Should have asked for a refund for my tip to use for the side salad I guess. Incredibly disappointing. Definitely will not return to this place. It’s been a problem for a long time, thought change of management would make it better,...
Read moreThursday December 20th 7:25 pm I call to order 2 Pizzas for takeout - “Thank you for calling Palios please hold” - then after waiting minutes I hung up.
I call again. “Thank you for calling Palios can you hold please?” My mistake is I said”yes”. They never come back on.
3rd try I call: P - “Thank you for calling Palios can you please hold”? Me - “I would rather not as this is my 3rd time calling and I’m just left on hold” P” - Well we are really busy sir and we have to handle the customers in line. “Me”. - “I’m a customer in line also. I’m just trying to call and order Pizzas and put easy money in your pockets” P - “Sir you are just going to have to wait your turn”. Me - “That’s your level of customer service? You’ll just have to wait your turn? How about if I write a google review and have it reflect how rude you are to customers?” P- “go ahead - CLICK (end of call)
To the Palios manager: I went to the restaurant 10 minutes after the exchange. There were 3 entire tables seated there. If your restaurant is performing that poorly, it may be a good idea to teach your employees to attract customers, not chase them away. There were parking spaces available in front of the restaurant. Nobody was waiting to be seated. Please teach your staff about being courteous as well as providing customer service. It was pretty lousy and pathetic. Do you not count carry out orders as part of your revenue? If you do, why is it that you encourage your employees to be rude to customers who phone orders in?. I went to Marco’s Pizza. Much better and highly recommend them as an great...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of trying the Alferado pizza served by Rahul, and I must say, it was absolutely fantastic. The taste was out of this world, and I couldn't get enough of it.
The pizza had a perfect balance of flavors that left me craving for more. The crust was thin and crispy, just the way I like it, and the toppings were generously spread across the entire pizza. The combination of ingredients was unique and worked together harmoniously.
What stood out the most was the alfredo sauce. It was creamy, rich, and had a delightful hint of garlic. It added a whole new dimension to the pizza and elevated the taste to another level. The sauce was perfectly complemented by the melted cheese, which was gooey and melted to perfection.
The pizza was also topped with fresh vegetables and succulent pieces of chicken. The vegetables added a refreshing crunch, while the chicken was tender and flavorful. Each bite was a burst of deliciousness, and I couldn't help but savor every mouthful.
Rahul's attention to detail and passion for creating exceptional pizzas truly shines through in this Alferado pizza. The quality of the ingredients used was evident, and it made all the difference in the taste. The pizza was cooked to perfection, with the cheese melted just right and the crust golden brown.
Overall, I highly recommend trying the Alferado pizza served by Rahul. The taste is fantastic, and it will leave you wanting more. Whether you're a fan of alfredo sauce or simply love a good pizza, this is a must-try. Trust me, you won't be...
