Shy's Pizza Connection — Restaurant in Prosser

Had a weird experience today, I called in an order for delivery. The guy who answered didn’t say a name. Anyway, I proceeded with “ can I order a large pepperoni pizza” when he suddenly interrupts and states that he can deliver but only if I’m paying cash. They don’t accept credit cards due to customer confidentiality (lol for pizza?!) He didn’t even say that the card machine was down or anything haha I was thinking, okay... weird I order & get lunch there all the time and I pay with a card. I didn’t want to argue and be that customer, I’m sure you could hear the disappointment in my tone. Pretty much I don’t think they wanted to deliver and made a dumb excuse and didn’t even apologize. Not my first bad experience here but this just did it. Great tasting pizza though, but I ended up ordering a pepperoni thin crust pizza and chicken Alfredo from Dominos and left the pizza delivery guy...

Horrible Place.... Never EVER go here......I am disabled and had just taken my dog to the vet who told us all the treatments we had been trying from Alaska to California failed and she would not be there to take care of me for much longer...It is difficult enough to be disabled...to not be able to walk, to not be able to carry a simple drink all the time...to need oxygen so when my dying dog who was wearing her vest went in with me on my cane and THEY SCREAMED at us I should have called the police...but this is all I have to honor Maggies life of endless devotion....so if you have ever had someone care for you like that...BOYCOTT this AWFUL MISERABLE PLACE who never even tried to apologize just kept screaming at me....SHAME ON YOU...

I’ve always loved this restaurant. My family has been coming here for years. So it’s with a sad heart that I write this review. The main problem is that they are still not allowing dine in. Every other restaurant can do it but not Shy’s. Because of this policy, you can’t order from the salad “bar” and are stuck eating one of the three pre-made salads, which have hardly anything on them. With all this said, I was still missing their food, so I ordered half a sandwich. They gave me the sandwich without the usual bag of chips. I asked if I could get the chips that come with sandwich, and the gentleman’s response is “we no longer have chips.” Really??!!! The sandwich was the same price, however. I’m...
