My girl!! Danielle’s work keeps getting better and better! I’ve utilized Caribbean Soul for the past few years for several work events of various sizes at my higher ed institution. CS has always delivered for me with professionalism, promptness, and taste. Danielle has kept many of my students happy! In a small state, it can be tough to find a caterer that can meet flavor and budget needs, and she does it for me every time! As a loyal customer, she has been so sweet to include perks such as most recently including decor for our student summit service table and accommodate me with making an amazing soup joumou for a last minute cultural marketplace event when I struggled to find a vendor who could.

If you haven’t used Caribbean soul for all your catering needs or meal prep needs, you’re missing out. I started out buying plates when they first started out and once they started offering catering it was a no brainer, They have the best customer service, best tasting food, and the all around vibe is Top Teir, from the taste to the overall presentation and professionalism there is no competition. For the last year or so they’ve been my go to caterer, for any and every event I needed catering for, no matter how big or small the event, the service has been phenomenal since day one. I absolutely loooove the food from Carribean Soul! It never disappoints. I especially love Doubles (A Trini Street food consisting of fried dough, topped with chick peas and various seasonings. I describe it as “a mouthful of deliciousness”). I brought them to a family gathering and EVERYONE, I mean EVERYONE loved them. Another favorite is the Honey Jerk Salmon. I bought one order and shared it with my aunts, The portions are generous but I still got back in line for another order to go. My aunts had never had Honey Jerk Salmon or Jerk Chicken with rice and beans but they enjoyed both! Kudos to Carribean Soul!! Keep up...
