Dunkin' — Restaurant in Providence

I'm a regular customer I have been going to this location for about 2-3 years now even before they moved and the parking situation wasnt that great the employees Kathy, Melissa and store manager Donna will make it worth it, coffee was great customer service exceed my expectations, since my favorite manager was fired out of nowhere (Donna)the store is in a rough condition it's not as clean as it used to be, customer service is poor except for Kathy who still there nobody else knows how to talk to a customer including management and coffee quality is poor sometimes is not even coffee is water with flavor because they seem to "forget " to check their machines on time, the manager in training they have now some guy who is very rude and sick most of the time will make mistakes on my coffee like give me a regular when I'm paying for something way more pricie and have no audacity to ask me what is the difference if I complaint is a 1$ difference and if I'm paying for something that's what I'm expecting to receive, I have seen this guy sick as a dog coughing and blowing his nose while making coffee without using any type of hands sanitizer or washing his hands and continue making coffee he is rude and loves to spread germs definitely can use some training from Donna, I will not be going to this store anymore one day I'll be as rude as he is and I'll throw my coffee at him for being ignorant he needs to learn how to value clients and be clean I want my people back this new people suck(except for kathy)including the...

If you want dunkin or wanna job I suggest you stay away from this one. 270 Academy Ave. my girlfriend use to work here she’s work 10 hour shifts without a single break the managers are completely unprofessional they’re already low on staff obviously for a reason the assistant manager apparently went to work with covid and the manager has tried to make others work while being sick my girlfriend had to call out and ended up quitting cause if she couldn’t find coverage she had to work WHILE THROWING UP coughing body aches exc and eventually found out she was exposed to covid completely and utterly unprofessional I worked for they’re company dan’s management in a different location and they didn’t train me and fired me a month after so maybe it’s just dan’s management in general I could be wrong but this one watch out cause my girl said the manager brings her pet lizard into the place and lizards tend carry the same thing chickens do. I went in there a few minutes ago to pick up a mobile order, I proceed to walk out and I took a drink of my med ice coffee with 4 creams and 5 butrPcn, took a drink of it and barely had no butrPcn in it so I went back and asked for 1 more full pump cause u know they love only giving 1/2 bumps, I was told because I tasted my drink they are not allowed to remake it again it's a new policy, so I said if we don't like how it tastes we are stuck with a drink we don't like and the girl looked me in my face and said yes, MAKE UR CUSTOMERS DRINK THE RIGHT WAY AND WE WONT HAVE TO RETURN FOR OUR DRINKS TO BE MADE THE CORRECT WAY.
