Placed an order through the app and usually it sends a confirmation page that your order was placed but because I didn’t see the confirmation page after, I placed another order, then the confirmation page showed. when I realize i placed two of the same order, I tried to explain in the drive-through, employee couldn’t make a refund so she had to call the manager, when I tried to explain what happened to the manager he said “well that’s not my fault”. I am not sure where, in my explanation that I am blaming the manager or any other employees. I clearly stated the app did not show a confirmation, which is why I placed another order. The manager attempted to help but because there was no “active card” on the app, I used Apple Pay to make the payment, I just thought , forget it next time I’ll be more careful when ordering on the app, because the workers and the manager did not look like they really...

I used to come here all the time. But it seems the staff has changed and not in a good way since I’ve been coming here, for a few years and I come here all the time because they usually have the most donuts available than all locations that are around us. But if there’s one thing I do not like is being rushed in a drive-through. I work at a different food establishment and I never let my employees talk to customers in a manner that I’ve been spoken to today which is leading me to write this review. I felt as if I was being rushed and the person that was talking to me and my fiancé was being the most rude acting as if people cannot ask any questions it is your job to service people and have the greatest attitude while serving them. I can't even rate this place because there is no negative button. First of all its ran by teens that speak to you in a good like tone. Woman forgot to put sugars in my macchiato than tell me I didn't tell her how many....so you mean to tell me you think people would drink an espresso shot with milk and no sugar. I told her I came there all the time her reply, I uno work here all the time so iunou like I know you don't but isn't it costum to ask how many sugers. Than she makes me throw away my own coffee saying oh I cant touch that one but sidnt have a problem taking it putting it back on the counter and telling me to throw it out. Not only that 2 years ago I got jumped in the restaurant by a man on drugs and no one did anything. Shame on this store. Hire some people...
