I've been to this location about 6 or 8 times. The majority of the morning staff is rude this includes yelling at customers to keep 6 feet distance, yelling at each other to communicate, not accommodating anybody. The customer in front of me ordered two bagel bites, he checked and only got one, the cashier only typed one in and they just made him leave. Not once have i heard anyone say good morning or greet in a nice way. Anyone with a problem they might have. I found a long hair in my food one day. Brought it up the very next morning, they completely ignored what i said even though the cashier that day brought up to whoever was training her what happened and ignored completely and just charged me again even though i threw out my food the day before. They will never put cream cheese on the bagel for you no matter how many times you ask, they will only put it on the side without a knife sometimes. I feel like i have to thoroughly Check my order before i leave to avoid any problems and this is very inconvenient when I'm just trying to get a quick bite before work.

Read moreHonestly, I was super disappointed in this location. The girl who serves me (I went inside) was incredibly rude. I repeated what I thought was a fairly simple order several times and no matter how many times I said it, she got it wrong. I asked for a large unsweetened iced green tea, and a box of 25 munchkins. Half jelly, half blueberry. First she starts with a hot small and asked what I wanted to drink again and I repeated because I understand they may be odd or a mouthful for some. I ended up for a small anyhow. When we get to munchkins she immediately starts putting random ones in, and I politely correct her and say I just want half blueberry half jelly and the extra can be jelly. She puts in chocolate and drops one, throws it in the trash and scratches her face and uses the same tissue paper to continue my order with. Read moreI was unable to complete my order due to the cashier’s repeated attempts to correct my grammar, which was unnecessary and inappropriate. This incident happened around 7:37 pm. I was speaking clearly and articulating my order, yet the cashier insisted on "correcting" my grammar rather than simply listening and taking the order correctly.
This led to multiple misunderstandings and mistakes, and when I tried to clarify, I was met with attitude. If grammar lessons are required at this Dunkin' location, I’d be more than happy to provide guidance and direct the team to appropriate resources.
