Exceptional customer service! I had an issue trying to order on there website (must of been something on my end because everything worked well on their end) so I call them and spoke to a gentleman (forgot to ask his name, once again thank you for your help and patience) we spoke and he walked me through different scenarios on how to order using alternate methods (Uber eats pickup that I had no idea existed). After our conversation I placed the ordered and he made sure it would be completed before I had to head to work. Well I just ate an hour ago and the food was FANTASTIC. Order was Buffalo wings and Mississippi honey BBQ wings with fries. I had some guys at work try it and they said they loved and will be making the trip to get there own one day. Literally found Marcos Pollo one night as i wanted some bomb chicken wings and figured i would give it a shot. Well, i wasn't disappointed at all, the chicken wings were a substantial size and the sauces were delicious.
