Taco Bell — Restaurant in Providence

I ordered ahead (10 min+/-) Got to the store and my order was not "Ready". I proceeded to wait about 15 more minutes and people came in ordered and received food prior to me. I walk up to the front to ask about my food and the workers keeps informing me to use the kiosk. I again replied to them informing them that I used the app to order and already paid. Finally after waiting for about 20 minutes for my food the worker comes around and informed me that my food had been ready this whole time and it was forgotten about. After receiving my food i take a glance and notice that my meal is completely incorrect. I again proceed to the front desk, They informed me to use the Kiosk without even realizing that I am here not to order because they clearly don't have time for me or want to interact with anyone. At this point i am getting frustrated and let them know that my order was incorrect and requested that they fix it. The worker then turns around and informed me that the item that I selected from their app doesn't exist. I proceed to pull out my phone, open the app and have to inform the worker that in fact this item is on the menu... What the hell is even going on at...

Let me tell you this location has to have the most uneducated, lazy employees but giving the location I’m really not surprised, pay an unreal amount for food already not the greatest of quality and these clowns just throw whatever they feel together. Every single item was made wrong to the point of just throwing a smidgen of random ingredients that don’t even go together in each item on multiple occasions, it’s honestly laughable but giving the location once again not surprised. Safe to say they won’t be getting our business anymore and based on this and every other review here which seem to have similar experiences I wouldn’t advise giving them yours either. I honestly might pull up just to see who these incompetent people are lol gotta see it with my eyes to believe it and truthfully I hope all of you employees see this…ps your job isn’t that hard, if you struggle this bad with something so simple you might just retire at T bell because there’s MUCH more things in life that require hard work and even an...

Worst meal I've ever had there!!! All of my food was luke warm despite an 8 car wait in the drive thru. I received a spicy chicken no shell chulupa instead of spicy. The pink lemonade didn't taste like lemonade At All... just overwhelmingly sweet water that was pink. AND saving the best part for last ... ONE OF MY HARD SHELL TACOS HAD 3 LONG HAIRS IN IT!!!!! I I know this because I still actually tried to eat it after finding the first hair. Things happen. I once discovered a hair of my own in my food at home and said how on earth did that happen?! To find a hair in each bite of this taco WAS BEYOND DISCUSSING AND GROSS!!!!!

This was on a Saturday night during Memorial Day weekend. Another reason the food should have been hot.

Add this to the recurring problem of being served food warm at most, across various locations of this chain in my area. Why do I even bother!? In this case, I didn't have many options around 10pm. Think I'm done...
