This store shares a lot of characteristics of other Burger King locations that I visit. From what I experience, every Burger King is understaffed. 2-3 kitchen workers and 1 or 2 counter staff that are almost always doing drive-thru duty as well as front counter. This results in frequent slow service and (IMO) substandard food (primarily cold or lukewarm).
One good thing that I'd like to point out is that the locations I visit have all put electrical outlets at all booths along outside walls. And this one at Westchester Commons even has USB ports in the outlets. Thus they are very "mobile-friendly." Much more so than those "deli style" counters that I've seen at McDonald's and elsewhere. I actually can put my laptop in front of me and still have room to eat.
Until Burger King learns how to staff their locations, the bar isn't going to be set very high for food quality. But the ability to have my laptop on and powered (plus my mobile hotspot instead of BK's atrociously open hotspots), it comes out as an overall...
Read moreI was heading out of town and hadn't had breakfast yet and Burger King was a convenience stop. The kids wanted to use the restroom anyway so I stopped and we walked inside. I asked and was told that they could do a Whopper. Some Burger Kings won't do burgers for breakfast anymore. I knew for me that a Whopper would sit better than any of the regular breakfast items. I ordered mine with just cheese and nothing else. The service was quick and the employees were friendly. My Whopper was perfectly prepared and tasted great. Read moreCustomer service is bad. No need to expound on that, just plain bad. Carlos (possibility the manager) is the worst. Carlos left items off my order and when I drove all the back to the store, he got mad at me because I asked what I paid for!?! Also my chicken sandwich was dry and old, so I asked for a different sandwich. More attitude from this Carlos character. He got mad and said I’ll just give you a refund; which he did and stormed off. So I purchased a double cheeseburger to replace the chicken sandwich. That too was nasty. Not the first time I had an issue here....
