I called to place an order for pick up and I was just placed on hold after more than 15 minutes my called was ended. So I went in person since I really wanted food from there. The customer service was not the best when my order was being taken. I was told it was going to be about 15 minutes for my order to be ready. When I got my food I asked if everything was in only one bag and the lady said yes and repeat my order to me. My mistake was not checking it myself. Fast forward when I got home I realized my order was incomplete so I called and whoever answered was really rude and kept yelling that they were not responsible that they did there part of making the food, I was told the rest of my order was still there and if I wanted it to go get it. I tried to explain that I lived about an 1 hour away and I just wanted a refund. But all I got was her yelling and giving attitude that she was not going to give me a refund that I was the one not thinking of checking my order. At this point the incompetence of her not wanting to give me a return for the dish I didn’t get was not really the issue but her way of giving attitude towards a customer. She ended the call by saying if you aren’t happy with this service there’s other places you can go to. (All this in Spanish) I don’t know her name because she refused to provide her name. Not going back, I hope she has better days because maybe she was having a bad day and that she never get treated as she provides...
Read moreme and my husband and some freinds decided to go to this place we heard alot of hype and how it was good and all , the food looked amazing and different since me and my husband like to eat alot of mariscos estilo nayarit like islas marias, and we frequently go to islas marias we decided to try this new place out. We went and when we walked in there were alot of tables available so the waitress sat us down but she was moody and rude we asked to be moved go a different table and she looked all mean about it, she said that the table was for 2 people ( when at least 6 people can fir good) so We insisted in being moved to a specific table and still she looked mean but she moved us over. We looked at the menu and my husband wanted to order some mariscos. But ok the menu there was no camarones a la diabla or platillos. Only sushi and ceviche my husband was irritated since he was online that they had a variety of dishes. So Since I like to try new things out I ordered the Guerrero roll sushi. And my freind the culiacancito roll. I expected a decent amount but came out with only 10 small rolls priced at 15 $ I could have gotten a big platillo of camarones a la diabla empanizados rancheros etc. At las islas marias for the same or less price. I was still hungry but I wasn’t going to spend another 15 on some over priced poor constructed dish. We dicided never to go back.. go to LAS ISLAS MARIAS. Better food better service....
Read moreThey need to be accurate with their reservation requests. The organization informed me that they only take 4 reservations and that they would still take my reservation after 15 minutes. When I showed up on time to my reservation they informed me that HALF of my requested invitees had to be presented to be seated. This was information that was NEVER informed through the phone nor through their corporate website. However, the manager that was working at the moment said that it was clearly noted OUTSIDE THE ORGANIZATION. Which I can confirm was not shown, nor photographed on their corporate website. After our invitees came, we were still NOT seated for an additional 25 minutes. I believe that management needs to take accountability for their training, information, and hospitality to their customers. Throughout our entire experience here, the manager kept a careful eye on our table, invitees, and orders. I believe that a qualified manager shows great leadership and cares for an organizations success. The manager working tonight, 12/08 did not show the skills suited for a qualified manager.
Including when we arrived we were told we can do SEPERATE TABS. Upon leaving the woman working gave us misinformation of being only 4 TABS per table. Again, this results in poor management and training. I believe that this organization has potential however without the training of proper management will not...
