Super Tacos Morelos — Restaurant in Leyden Township

I’m very very disappointed. I had previously came here before because I love the carne asada platillo & we always felt welcomed by the servers there. However I came on Friday night 10-12-18 with my husband and our waitress was absolutely terrible. When we went in we noticed there was only 2 waitresses which isn’t a problem of course we understand that they are understaffed at the moment since we did notice their help wanted signs. Now what really ticked me off was the fact that the waitress didn’t seem the least bit interested in attending us.I have always been one to be polite as well as generously tip our waiters/waitresses since I know how it can be working with the public. Anyway, I ordered my usual platillo of carne asada and my husband ordered 4 tacos. Our waitress didn’t bring me tortillas so after giving it about 10 minutes of waiting for our assigned waitress to come back (since I got my food before my husband) I got up and walked over to the other nice waitress who had a more approachable demeanor & I politely asked her for tortillas. She immediately brought them out and mind you I’ve eaten here before so I could immediately tell they were not the usual homemade tortillas which are usually served. Now mind you at this point I really don’t want to make a big deal but our assigned waitress NEVER came back ONCE to check on us. I wouldn’t have minded but a bigger table came in and she was full on attending them as if we didn’t matter. It would have taken her AT MOST a minute to apologize for not bringing the tortillas and just simply asking if we were doing okay. My carne asada I did ask for cooked medium & it was too over cooked for my liking so that could have been addressed HAD she came over. I am extremely disappointed and I even asked the gentleman at the register if the other awesome server Gerardo was still working there. I regret not getting our assigned waitress’s name but she honestly made us feel so unwelcome, clearly she needs to be trained on her customer...

I don’t like this place I DO NOT recommend this place, the food wasn’t that bad but the service sucks. This restaurant doesn’t care about there customers. I came here 3 times in my life and they were all terrible, I tried to give this place another cance but that doesn’t seem to work. The ladies would just give me my food and never come back. I wound never give this place a tip because the service is TERRIBLE. The first time I went there was only 3 whole family’s in the restaurant but the food takes 45 minutes just to deliver a couple of tacos. The tacos didn’t have flavor and it tasted like it came out the microwave. The seconds time I came I ordered shrimps and a taco with just me in the restaurant and the food took 35 min and when I got my food the shrimp was so hard and cold it felt like it came right out of the freezer and I also found a hair in my food. My tacos were cold aslo. I asked for a remake of my whole order and the same thing happened. I forced myself to eat it and it was so hard. I rushed to the bathroom and threw up. I told them to throw the food away and I paid. They charged me for my order twice because I had a remake and I had to argue with the staff to pay for half. The third time I went I asked for just a quesadilla and they messed that up, I asked for my quesadilla with everything in it and the make a normal quesadilla. When here for dinner with my family last night and food was okay. When we got there we decided to do what we usually do which is sit together but pay separate. When it came to paying my parents and I each paid about $75 for 3 people each(which was pricey.)when it came each pay,the lady didnt even explain that we were gonna each be charge tip. I ask her why we were each being charged tip and she tried playing it by saying that it was the same recipient, I told her that each family was being charged tip and she kept tryunf to play it off saying that no we weren't being charger tip.I got mad and told her to look at the receipt and she did and answered be "oooh yea that because it's chargered automatically for groups of 5 or more" I told her okay but I'm paying my bill only and we are a party of 3 not 5 and she answered with oh it's because you all say together. It's Stupid how they didn't inform us nor was there a sign nowhere that said anything about that. And yet they still asked me for more tip and me being kind tip them. Never have I even asked for my tip back till yesterday. I told her that I wanted the tip I had given back if they had already taken it on the bill. Also the lady that helped us the whole time was sweet and nice but the other lady with glasses was RUDE!!! Don't recommend this placefood is...
