BAD SERVICE!!!! DO NOT COME HERE! Paid a day in advance. Asked to deliver lunch next day, and the cashier says "give tip". The nerve to tell a customer to tell customers what to do is the first red flag. They have no idea I'm gererous in tipping, not to mention they have a delivery charge on the receipt I paid. Requested 1130am delivery. Cashier says 1130 - 1145am for following day. The following day, called to remind them of my order. Asked nicely if they can deliver 1130am. Cashier says "1145am Very busy". Ok, I said. So, I took a cart to meet delivery man. i get a phone call, shouting "where are you?". Second red flag. Claims delivery man has been in my building 1130am. I repeat what he said on the phone. Clearly too busy to remembering what he said. Delivery man comes out, arms up in the air, shouting, you said "you want early. Here, 1130!!" Finger pointing at me. I yell back, saying what was said. Third red flag. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! THESE PEOPLE DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT MONEY. YOUR FOOD ISN'T THAT GREAT, SO DON'T ACT LIKE YOU ARE. NOT WORTH RETURNING OR...

Very displeased. I understand when calling any authentic Chinese or Thai cuisine restaurant you will have a little trouble understanding each other but this time that wasn't the problem. The problem was I was rudely hung up on after I had given the employer my card number, expiration date & cvv number. I wasn't given an estimated arrival time of my food or even thanked for my business. After calling back 30 seconds later, a woman answered. I stated I just spoke to someone on the phone and would like to know when my food would be arriving, she said no and hung up. I went on to call back a third time and the man answered who had took my order. I asked for the ETA and he said 30/40 mins. Then hung up. I understand restaurants get busy. I myself work at one. But, manners will get you a long way as far as keeping life time customers. I'm just going to go back to the old Chinese place I use...

Ordered for lunch. I was given an estimated wait time of 30-40min. They are on Harlem and Roosevelt and my job is on Cermak & Harlem. Not far at all. I ordered at 11:33am. Called 4x to ask where my order is and how long more will it take. Every excuse was give him more time 5/10min. Then the 4th time I asked so how much long for my order all I order btw was 2 lunch specials of sweet n sour chicken. And the guy said “I have no control over the driver, just cancel your order” and then boom ! Walks in the driver no discount or anything. Paid exact change no tip and bye!
