Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Proviso Township

This one facility is being terribly managed, there's zero regard for customer's time and customer service is null.

Was there last night, ordered online for 7pm pickup with one hour of notice, arrived at 7:10pm so as to give them a little extra time to have it ready as it had already happened to me once at this location where order wasn't ready and had to wait 30 minutes, anyways, last night was told it wasn't ready again and to wait 10-15 minutes, that turned into more than 30 minutes and I had to call them to the front as they seem to be hiding in the back doing who knows what while everyone's waiting in the front. Asked for a status of my order and this young lady had no idea what's going on and clearly does not care by the face she made when I asked.

I paid for the extra pepperoni pizza and got them "regular" I doubt those were for me or if they're even paying attention to the orders when making them.

I rarely write bad reviews but this one time I just had to as this is the 2nd time this happens in a row at this location.

This location is terrible. The last few times I've ordered from this location something has always gone wrong. This is probably the worst pizza I've gotten from Little Ceasars ever. This location seems to have declined in quality of food and experience, it's mostly teens who don't seem to care about quality or service.

I ordered a Hot and Ready with Crazy breadsticks, the pizza dough was thick like a deep dish but totally lacked flavor, and not typical of Little Ceasars crusts. The oddest part is the crust was thick and the pizza itself had different thicknesses throughout the whole pizza. It was so difficult to chew and rubbery.

The breadsticks are normally super soft and addicting. These are dry, crumbly, and crunchy like a crouton without flavor. It tasted absolutely disgusting like plain yeast. I spit it out. I won't order from this location again and it'll be a while before I order LC again.

Worst customer service. The girl that took my order was in training and asked someone for assistance during my transaction. One of the associates came over and helped her but acting as though she was bothered helping the new associate. Horrible service all around, phones ringing, people walking in and no one is attending anyone. I understand it gets busy, but at least acknowledge your customers. One of the guys making pizzas was on his phone texting the whole time with one hand while putting toppings on a pizza with other hand. That’s just plain disgusting and so many germs on someone’s pizza!! I will never come to this location again. I usually go to the one in Plainfield but for some reason they closed early today. The only person that was nice or acknowledged me was the new associate and also apologized due to being new. No need to apologize you did your part everyone else needs to lead by example and take another training class on customer service. No smiles, just...
