KFC — Restaurant in Proviso Township

The ONLY reason I'm giving a 4 star review is because of a young man named, Maurice! This kid was literally doing EVERYTHING!!!! From the register down to getting meals together while the "Manager" and also what I assume the District Manager; I say this because she was wearing semi businesslike clothing, a nice Red blouse and nice jeans and discussing things with the Manager. Anyway, we came in and stood there for a good 5 minutes in the meantime their all watching us and couldn't even say, "welcome" or "we will be right with you". Instead they yell for Maurice who was in the dining area cleaning it up which it needed and made him take our order and also put it together. In the meantine a line is forming, and no the drive through wasn't busy in any way at all. Still not one person came to help or assist Maurice. He still kept a smile on his face and did his job kindly and didn't once show any anger. He was very polite and kind and deserves to be acknowledged for his hard work and kindness. Food was good just dissatisfied with the way the "Managers" dont help when its needed and just snap fingers and point like they can't do anything just stand there and do nothing. First off you walk in and no one and I mean absolutely no one greets you n your standing there looking like boo boo the foo for a good 10 min before someone yells to order on the kiosk …. Mind you they a good 4/5 people deep. Placed an order online that said it would be ready in mins …. I was there a good 30 min after my order was placed . Mind you there was a good 3-4 people standing waiting for their orders as well . They move at their own pace . They don’t get paid for speed n it shows ! Turtles apart from the big guy who walks around limping who taking orders from the drive through w no emotion / personality. This whole crew is a joke n whoever running the place need some retraining . How hard is it to fry some chicken n serve some mediocre sides ? I shouldn’t have have had to wait so long. If you tryna grab something quick for your family this ain’t it . I would understand if everything was fresh n worth the wait but it’s NOT! Very bad customer service jaylen didn't greet me when I walked in and he saw me standing there so after 3min I said hello are u gonna take my order he said hold on.... after 3 more mins he ask how can I help u... I ordered a chicken pot pie that took 15mins... he didn't ask me if I would like something to drink while I wait instead he gave the other 2 customers free cups... while I paid for mine... most of the tables was not cleaned and the place was somewhat empty.... I gave two stars because other then the bad customer service the food was hot and fresh.

5/18/23 Now I'm back because the food was fresh and I must say the customer service have got better the cashier Ariel and the shift supervisor went above and beyond to attend to each customer needs as follow..... thanks KFC and as always...
