So my mom and I wanted to try a different breakfast spot outside of our normal 4 rotation. What could go wrong it's only breakfast? I will say I was seated and greeted upon my arrival. Now, the service and the time I waited for my food I feel is unacceptable. The highlight of the meal was the coffee. We were seated in a booth and after about 10 mins or so I notice a line of ants coming from the corner of the booth along with spider web under the blinds facing the parking lot. That should've been my indication to leave but I stuck it out. I calmly asked the host can we move and he obliged. Placed our orders at exact 11:09am why I know cause my mom decided to time it. I had Eggs Benedict and mom had a skillet. I notice a $2 deal on mimosas figure why not while we wait. Fast forward 33 minutes later it's about 11:45am I quietly pull the host to the side and ask what is the progress on our meal? He replied, " It's one big ticket in front of me and 2 more then mine would be after that. I just decided at that point return to my table pay for the coffee and mimosas and bid this restaurant farewell. I down my drink tell my mother about the news we were leaving. A server gets my attention and says are you leaving I explained to him we have been waiting 40 minutes for 2 meals and the restaurant is just under half capacity. He told me my food is in the window give him 2 mins. I said yeah if it's ready I'll have it but if not no, thanks. No one apologized for the wait, no manager on duty and an overall lack of leadership on this Sunday morning. An older couple heard me speaking to the waiter said thank you and left. The gentleman told me he was at the restaurant a month ago and had a long wait and decided to give this diner a second chance but if wait times are 40 mins plus he will just go elsewhere. The meal was underwhelming the egg and sauce was good, my Canadian bacon tasted old, the English muffin tasted stale and my hash browns were more raw potato than hash. My mom's meal wasn't cooked to her specification and decided to take it home and further cook it. So as you can tell this was a terrible experience. I tried to pay and on the bill I was charged for a large orange juice I never ordered or received. The waiter tried to convince me it was not my order but everything else aligned. So they took off the orange juice and I paid left...

Ok, so this would be one of my more disappointing reviews. I had a rather large order that was placed about 30 minutes prior to my arrival. Upon arriving I found I was the only customer in the restaurant, so I naturally assumed the order would be ready. I stood at the counter in front of the host for a good 45 seconds before the somewhat rude host decided he was going to speak to me. I gave my name and the host said nothing, looked around at a few things and ran off too the kitchen. At this point I finally got the notification on my phone that the order was confirmed. I sat down in the waiting area while the host said nothing and gave absolutely no indication that my food was just now (35 min later being started.

Other carryout customers then began arriving, one of which flat out told the host that she tried calling in an order several times but noone could bother to answer the phone. 20 minutes later my food is finally given too me after the other 3 customers that had arrived after me had come and gone. It's clear from the pictures which were taken during what should have been a busy breakfast rush that this is the same level of service being provided all around. Not 1 soul sitting at a table anywhere.

Something I learned long ago is an empty restaurant can't possible have fresh product since they don't move them quick enough. I usually give places a second chance but this place will be a firm blacklist for me. ...

I have not dined here, but I am a dasher. I have been here 3x's to pick up orders made by customers. Each and every time the customer's order is not ready and the wait time is over 10 minutes with some lame explanation. I had an order to pick up this past Sunday and guy said it would be a 10-15 wait. It goes against us if the order is late being delivered and also losing money on other possible orders. I'm waiting I noticed other dashers here ahead of me also waiting on their pick-up orders. Other dashers came in after me and there was a wait time for them as well. As I'm sitting there waiting, I have to sit and listen to one of the workers shoot the breeze with a customer who previously worked here (waiting on his order as well) talking about the past and why he was fired. The foul language and cursing going on was disgusting and very annoying and this was the employee doing all the cursing. Customers were coming up to pay their bill and it didn't stop with no respect at all. I ended up having to wait 20 minutes for the customer's order and was hoping they wouldn't be upset because of the long wait time. I wonder if I were to dine here one day, how long will the wait time be. I also hope the wait time for dashers get better and the guy at the register can control...

Great place to go with my wife and toddler. Great atmosphere and service, and we've never had a bad meal. Classic American diner style huge portions. We both love the croissant breakfast sandwich, definitely recommend. The Olé Skillet was delicious, and wasn't too greasy (as chorizo dishes can sometimes be). This time my wife got a make-your-own omelette with broccoli, bacon, and cheddar and it was the star of the meal. She made me take a bite - fresh broccoli, huge portions of the ingredients, everything was the right size for the omelette. Delicious. Also, the hash browns are always great. Great texture and flavor, crunchy bits throughout.
